Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a compressor, and more particularly to a hermetic compressor having an oil separating member therein.
In the hermetic compressor, refrigeration oil is stored therein. When the compression mechanism is driven, the refrigeration oil is supplied to the compression mechanism to prevent wear of the compression mechanism. For this reason, the refrigerant oil mixes with the refrigerant discharged from the compression mechanism. When refrigeration oil is brought out of the compressor together with the refrigerant, the refrigeration oil in the compressor decreases, the supply of the refrigeration oil to the compression mechanism is insufficient, and the reliability of the compressor is deteriorated. In addition, when the coolant oil taken out of the compressor together with the refrigerant adheres to the heat exchanger, the heat exchange capacity of the heat exchanger is also reduced.
Therefore, in the conventional compressor, an oil separation member is provided in the drive shaft which connects a compression mechanism and an electric motor part, and the refrigeration oil is suppressed from flowing out to a compressor.
이와 같은 종래의 압축기로서는, 예를 들면 도너츠 형상의 판부재로 형성된 기름 분리 부재를 구동축에 마련한 것이 제안되어 있다(예를 들면 특허 문헌 1 참조).As such a conventional compressor, what provided the oil separation member formed with the donut-shaped plate member in the drive shaft, for example is proposed (for example, refer patent document 1).
또한, 이와 같은 종래의 압축기로서는, 예를 들면 컵형상의 기름 분리 부재를 구동축에 마련한 것이 제안되어 있다(예를 들면 특허 문헌 2, 3 참조).Moreover, as such a conventional compressor, what provided the drive shaft with the cup-shaped oil separation member, for example is proposed (for example, refer

As for the oil separation member used for the conventional compressor, both the refrigerant and the refrigeration oil are separated by the centrifugal effect only. Therefore, there exists a problem that sufficient oil separation effect cannot be acquired, for example, when a conventional oil separation member is employ | adopted for a compressor with a large flow volume, or a compressor with a large capacity.
This invention is made | formed in order to solve the above-mentioned subject, and an object of this invention is to obtain the compressor with a higher oil separation effect than before.
The compressor according to the present invention has a hermetically sealed container, a compression mechanism provided below the hermetically sealed container, a stator and a rotor, and connects the motor unit provided above the compression mechanism in the hermetic container to the rotor and the compression mechanism. In the compressor having a drive shaft, a first oil separating member provided on the protrusion of the drive shaft protruding from the upper part of the rotor, and a discharge pipe provided above the first oil separating member, the first oil separating member includes: When the shading portion is provided in the radial direction of the drive shaft, the shading portion is formed of a donut-shaped plate member, and the plate member is formed by bending a plurality of portions of its outer peripheral portion to form a bent portion, and viewed in a plan view. It is a polygonal shape.
In the present invention, when the first oil separating member is rotated, a flow velocity gradient occurs near the bent portion. Therefore, in addition to the centrifugal effect of the first oil separation member, the coolant oil and the refrigerant can be separated by this flow rate gradient. Thus, a compressor having a higher oil separation effect than in the prior art can be obtained.

A perspective view of the separating member is shown. Hereinafter, the
Moreover, the refrigeration oil stored in the lower part of the
In addition, the
The 1st
In addition, when the
In addition, the
First, a straight line connecting one end of the
In addition, the height of the
In addition, the outer diameter of the
In the state where the 1st
In this embodiment, the length of the
First, the height of the upper end of the
In addition, when the distance between the upper part of the
The first

Subsequently, the operation of the
FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram (vertical cross-sectional schematic diagram) showing a refrigerant flow of the compressor according to the embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 5 is a flow velocity gradient generated in the first oil separation member according to the embodiment of the present invention. It is explanatory drawing (plan view) for demonstrating. Hereinafter, the operation of the
When a current flows from the external power supply (not shown) to the
For example, in the
On the other hand, in the
Moreover, since the 1st
More specifically, the
As described above, in the
In addition, this effect is not limited to the case where the 2nd
In addition, when the shape of the
In addition, the 1st
In addition, the height of the
In addition, the outer diameter of the
In addition, since the second
Moreover, the outer diameter of the
In addition, the
In addition, when the distance between the upper part of the
