Claims (5)
- 강판을 예열대, 온열대, 가열대, 냉각대 및 보열대를 갖는 소둔로와 그 후단에 구비된 용융도금욕조를 차례로 거치도록 하여 용융도금강판을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 강판은 용융도금성을 떨어뜨리는 특수원소를 적어도 1종이상 포함하고;상기 강판의 예열, 온열, 가열 및 보열은 간접가열방식에 의하여 행하고;상기 예열대의 온도는 200∼400℃이고, 온열대의 온도는 450∼600℃이고, 가열대의 온도는 600∼920℃이고, 냉각대의 온도는 480∼750℃이고, 보열대의 온도는 440∼700℃이고;상기 예열대의 분위기는 수소: 1% 이하, 산소:300ppm∼0.5% 및 나머지 질소 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지고, 온열대의 분위기는 수소: 1% 이하, 산소: 10ppm ∼0.1% 및 나머지 질소 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지고, 가열대의 분위기는 수소 20∼ 50% 및 나머지 질소 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지고, 보열대의 분위기는 수소 20% 이하 및 나머지 질소 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지고;상기 예열대 및 온열대를 통과하고 가열대에 들어오기 전의 강판의 표면에는 특수원소를 함유하는 Fe 복합산화피막이 0.04㎛ ~ 1.00㎛ 의 두께로 형성되어 있고, 이 복합산화피막이 상기 가열대 및 보열대에서 환원되고;상기 특수원소는 상기 예열대 및 보열대에서 상기 복합산화피막을 형성할 수 있는 원소이고;상기 강판의 용융도금욕조 인입온도가 도금욕의 온도 보다 10∼30℃ 더 낮고; 그리고 상기 용융도금욕은 용융아연욕, 용융알루미늄욕 및 용융알루미늄-아연합금욕으로부터 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 용융도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 특수원소가 Ti, Cr, Ni, Nb, B, Cu, Al, Mo, Ni, W, Sn, Zr, Pb, V, Ce, Ca, Co 및 As로 이루어지는 그룹중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 용융도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 강판 중의 C, Mn, S, P, Si 및 N가 일반 탄소강 보다 많이 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 용융아연욕은 Al: 0.18 ∼ 0.22% 및 나머지 Zn으로 이루어진 것이고, 상기 용융알루미늄욕은 Si: 8.7 ∼ 9.3%, Fe: 2.0 ∼ 3.0% 및 나머지 Al으로 이루어진 것이고, 그리고 상기 용융알루미늄-아연합금욕은 Zn: 41.4 ∼ 45.4%, Si: 1.2 ∼ 2.0% 및 나머지 Al으로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 용융도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 용융아연욕은 Al: 0.18 ∼ 0.22% 및 나머지 Zn으로 이루어진 것이고, 상기 용융알루미늄욕은 Si: 8.7 ∼ 9.3%, Fe: 2.0 ∼ 3.0% 및 나머지 Al으로 이루어진 것이고, 그리고 상기 용융알루미늄-아연합금욕은 Zn: 41.4 ∼ 45.4%, Si: 1.2 ∼ 2.0% 및 나머지 Al으로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 용융도금강판의 제조방법.
