Claims (16)
- 전기적으로 구동된 양축 엑추에이터(biaxial actuator)로서,
각각 개별적인 전기자를 갖는 제 1 및 제 2 전기 모터를 포함하고, 상기 제 1 모터는 출력 샤프트의 축방향 이동을 제공하도록 배치된 선형 전기 모터이고, 상기 제 2 모터는 출력 샤프트의 회전 운동을 제공하도록 배치되는, 전기적으로 구동된 양축 엑추에이터. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 모터는 직접 구동 모터인, 전기적으로 구동된 양축 엑추에이터.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 모터는 직접 구동 모터인, 전기적으로 구동된 양축 엑추에이터.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 모터는 출력 샤프트의 출력 단부로부터 멀리 떨어져 있는 제 1 모터의 단부에 배치되는, 전기적으로 구동된 양축 엑추에이터.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 모터의 자기장 밖에 위치한 제 1 및 제 2 선형 베어링들을 더 포함하는, 전기적으로 구동된 양축 엑추에이터.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 선형 베어링들 중 하나는 제 2 모터의 전기자 근처에 위치한, 전기적으로 구동된 양축 엑추에이터.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 하나의 선형 베어링은 제 2 모터의 로터와 엑추에이터의 출력 샤프트 사이에 위치하는, 전기적으로 구동된 양축 엑추에이터.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 하나의 선형 베어링은 회전 베어링을 통해 제 1 모터에 결합되는, 전기적으로 구동된 양축 엑추에이터.
- 제 5항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 하나의 선형 베어링은 볼스플라인(ballspline) 베어링인, 전기적으로 구동된 양축 엑추에이터.
- 제 6항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 선형 베어링들 중 다른 하나는 회전 베어링에 의해 제 1 모터에 결합되는, 전기적으로 구동된 양축 엑추에이터.
- 제 1항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전력이 없을 때 상기 샤프트의 이동을 막기 위한 기계적 브레이크를 더 포함하는, 전기적으로 구동된 양축 엑추에이터.
- 제 1항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 모터는 중공 실린더의 형태인 로터를 갖는, 전기적으로 구동된 양축 엑추에이터.
- 제 1항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 샤프트는 적어도 제 2 모터의 영역에서 스플라이닝(splined)되고, 상기 전기자는 스플라인을 통해 회전력을 상기 샤프트에 인가하도록 배치되는, 전기적으로 구동된 양축 엑추에이터.
- 제 1항 내지 제 13항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 엑추에이터를 병합하는 물질 테스트 장치.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 수직 배향으로 엑추에이터를 장착하기 위해 직립부 및 교차 부재를 구비하는 프레임을 포함하고, 엑추에이터의 스테이지는 교차 헤드에서의 애퍼처를 통해 돌출하고, 테스트 하에 샘플에 결합되도록 배치된 출력 단부를 갖는, 전기적으로 구동된 양축 엑추에이터.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 회전 결합 해제(de-coupled) 선형 인코더 유닛은 교차 헤드와 샤프트의 출력 단부 사이의 영역에서 샤프트에 결합되는, 전기적으로 구동된 양축 엑추에이터.
