Description
Claims (8)
- a) 아라미드 섬유직물을 플라즈마 처리하는 단계;b) 클로로프렌고무를 가열하거나, 클로로프렌고무와 가교제를 유기용매에 용해한 고무조성물을 제조하는 단계;c) 상기 플라즈마 처리된 아라미드 섬유직물에 b)단계의 고무조성물을 도포한 후, 압착하여 프리프레그를 제조하는 단계;d) 상기 프리프레그를 적층한 후 경화하여 복합재료를 제조하는 단계;를 포함하는 아라미드 섬유보강 고무복합재료의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 a) 단계 시 광반응제를 섬유직물에 미리 도포하여 건조 시킨 후 플라즈마 처리하는 아라미드 섬유보강 고무복합재료의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 광반응제는 벤조퀴논, 벤조페논(Benzophenone), 벤조트리아졸(Benzotriazole), 페닐살리실레이트(phenyl salicylates)에서 선택되는 아라미드 섬유보강 고무복합재료의 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 프리프레그는 두께가 0.5 ~ 2mm인 아라미드 섬유보강 고무복합재료의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 고무조성물은 카본블랙, 가소제, 노화방지제, 촉진제에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 첨가제를 더 포함하는 아라미드 섬유보강 고무복합재료의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 a)단계에서 플라즈마 처리 시 산소가스 또는 산소와 아르곤의 혼합가스를 이용하는 아라미드 섬유보강 고무복합재료의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항에 따른 제조방법으로 제조된 아라미드 섬유보강 고무복합재료.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 아라미드 섬유보강 고무복합재료는 ASTM D1876-01방법에 의해 측정된 박리강도가 90 ~ 130 Mpa인 아라미드 섬유보강 고무복합재료의 제조방법.
