Claims (2)
- 노 내부에 시편을 장입 및 가열하고 시편 외부의 스크린망에서 발생된 플라즈마에 기체를 통과시켜 상기 시편을 질화시키는 방법에 있어서,진공 압력에서 노(10) 내의 온도를 공정 온도까지 승온 및 예열시켜 시편(P)을 가열하는 예열공정(P10)과;노(10) 내의 압력을 1.25Torr 이하의 공정압력으로 유지시키고, 온도를 570℃ 이상 상승시킨 후, Ar과 H2를 1:1의 비율로 투입하면서 1시간 동안 시편(P) 표면을 이온 에칭하는 스퍼터링공정(P20)과;노(10) 내의 압력을 3Torr 이상의 공정압력으로 유지시키고, N2와 H2를 3:1~4:1의 비율로 투입하며, 탄화가스를 전체가스에 대해 1~2중량% 투입하고, 스크린망(20)에 적어도 20A 이상의 전류를 인가하면서 시편(P)의 종류에 따라 1~9시간 동안 질화시키는 질화층 형성공정(P30)과;노(10) 내부에 N2를 투입하여 시편(P)을 냉각시키는 냉각공정(S40)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포스트 플라즈마를 이용한 자동차 부품용 질화방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 탄화가스는 프로판(C3H8)과 메탄(CH4) 중 어느 하나를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포스트 플라즈마를 이용한 자동차 부품용 질화방법.
