Claims (5)
- 접촉힘(contact force)에 의해 변형하는 외팔보(cantilever beam)와, 상기 외팔보의 변형 정도에 따른 전기 신호를 생성하는 변형 감지 요소를 구비한 기판층; 및, 상기 외팔보를 보호하기 위하여 상기 기판층의 일측면에 부착되는 탄성층;을 구비하되,상기 탄성층은 상기 외팔보의 자유단부에만 부착되고, 상기 자유단부의 주변에는 부착되지 않은 접촉힘 센서 패키지.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 탄성층은, 상기 자유단부에 부착되는 제1 결합부와, 상기 자유단부의 주변에 부착되지 않도록 상기 제1 결합부 주변에 상기 제1 결합부와 단차지게 형성된 캐비티(cavity)를 구비한 접촉힘 센서 패키지.
- 제2 항에 있어서,상기 탄성층은, 상기 캐비티 주변에 상기 제1 결합부와 같은 높이로 형성되어 상기 기판층에 부착되는 제2 결합부를 더 구비한 접촉힘 센서 패키지.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 탄성층은 실리콘 수지(silicone) 또는 PDMS(polydimethylsiloxane)를 포함하는 접촉힘 센서 패키지.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 변형 감지 요소는 상기 외팔보의 고정단부(fixed end portion)에 형성된 압저항층(piezoresistor layer)를 포함하는 접촉힘 센서 패키지.
