Claims (4)
- 캐소드 전극과 애노드 전극에 의하여 전기분해하는 전해조에 있어서,수압에 영향받지 않고 전류가 일정하게 흐르도록 하기 위하여 상기 애노드 전극과 캐소드 전극을 다단계 전극으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단계 전극을 구비한 전해조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전극은 다단계 전극이 직렬로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다단계 전극을 구비한 전해조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 캐소드 전극과 애노드 전극사이에 양이온교환막과 음이온교환막이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다단계 전극을 구비한 전해조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 이온교환막과 전극사이에 이온교환수지가 충진되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단계 전극을 구비한 전해조.
