Claims (5)
- 앞바퀴 및 뒷바퀴가 회전가능하게 설치되고 상기 뒷바퀴를 전동수단을 거쳐 회전시키는 페달이 구비되며 전방 상측에는 상기 앞바퀴의 좌우 회동을 가능하게 하게 하고 브레이크레버가 구비된 핸들이 구비되고 상기 핸들의 일측에는 전동주행을 위한 회동식조절구가 구비되며 후방 상측에는 안장이 구비되는 자전거본체;상기 자전거본체의 전방에 유선형 패널 형태로 고정되는 태양전지;상기 자전거본체의 후방 하측에 설치되고 상기 태양전지 및 상기 회동식조절구에 각각 연결되며 그 상부면에는 접속단자가 돌출된 안착대가 구비되는 컨트롤러;상기 컨트롤러의 안착대에 착탈가능하게 결합되고 그 하부면에는 상기 컨트롤러의 접속단자에 접속되는 접속단자가 구비되며 상기 태양전지로부터 발전된 전기의 축전 및 출력이 상기 컨트롤러에 의해 제어되는 축전지; 및상기 자전거본체의 뒷바퀴의 회전중심에 설치되고 상기 컨트롤러에 연결되어 상기 회동식조절구의 조작에 따른 상기 컨트롤러의 제어에 따라 상기 뒷바퀴를 회전시키는 구동모터;를 포함하여 이루어지는 태양전지를 구비한 자전거.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 축전지에 구비되고 키이의 삽입 및 회전방향에 따라 상기 컨트롤러로의 축전지의 전원공급여부를 단속하는 단속스위치를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지를 구비한 자전거.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 자전거본체의 핸들에 구비되고 상기 컨트롤러에 연결되어 상기 축전지의 충전상태를 표시하는 충전상태표시구를 더 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 충전상태표시구의 전방에는 스위치의 조작에 의해 점등되는 전방램프가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지를 구비한 자전거.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 자전거본체에 설치되고 상기 태양전지와 상기 컨트롤러 사이에 개재되어 상기 태양전지로부터 발전된 전기를 일정전압으로 유지시키고 상기 축전지의 과충방전을 방지하는 충전컨트롤러를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지를 구비한 자전거.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 축전지의 일측에는 상기 컨트롤러의 안착대로부터 분리된 후 상용전원 으로부터 축전이 가능하도록 어댑터접속구가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지를 구비한 자전거.
