Description

어린이에게 안전한 단일-피스 스퀴즈 및 회전 클로저와, 용기 시스템 {ONE-PIECE SQUEEZE AND TURN CHILD-RESISTANT CLOSURE AND CONTAINER SYSTEM}
본 발명의 예시적인 태양들은, 약물(pharmaceuticals)용과 같은 어린이 안전 패키지(package)이다.
미국 특허 제5,671,853호는 어린이에게 안전한 단일-피스 용기 및 단일-피스 클로저 조립체에 관한 것이다.
이것은 어린이에게 안전한 향상된 단일-피스 스퀴즈 및 회전 용기를 필요로 한다. 또한, 제3의 구성요소를 가지지 않는 2개-피스 패키지를 제공하는 것을 필요로 한다. 뿐만 아니라, 정형적인(standing) 사출 성형 탭(tab)으로부터 날카로운 에지(edge)를 제거하는 것을 필요로 한다.

이하에서는, 본 발명의 예시적인 태양들이 설명될 것이다. 이러한 태양들은 단지 본 발명의 예들을 제공한 것이며, 이러한 태양들은 본 발명의 요지로부터 벗어나지 않고 적당하게 수정될 수 있음은 당연한 것이다.
본 발명의 태양들은, 단단하거나 견고한 재료의 어린이에게 안전한 단일-피스 스퀴즈 및 회전 클로저를 포함하는 어린이 안전 패키지를 포함한다. 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 클로저(1)는 병(bottle)과 같은 용기(10) 위에 위치한다. 병은 나사산 형상의 넥(neck, 11)과, 상부 숄더의 상측 표면으로부터 형성된 리세스된(recessed) "블로운(blown)" 슬롯 또는 그루브(13)를 가진 상부 숄더(12)를 구비한다. 이는 또한 도 2에 도시된다.

캡(cap)은, 도 2b 내지 2e, 및 도 3 내지 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 핑거 그립(finger grip, 17)을 구비한 그립이 용이한 병에 이용될 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 태양들은, "액체 밀봉" 요구를 위하여 및/또는 값비싼 인덕션 호일(induction foil)을 제거하기 위하여, 선택적인 플러그 씰 링(plug seal ring, 16)을 포함한다. 그러나, 호일 씰(foil seal)을 가진 라이너(liner) 또한 원하면 적용될 수 있다.
단일-피스 스퀴즈 및 회전 클로저는 고령자에게 유용하다. 본 발명은, 리세스된 슬롯(13)을 이용함으로써, 날카로운 에지를 가진 정형적인 러그(lug)를 제거하고, 각진 측벽을 제거하며, 매끄러운 수직 측벽이 패키지의 더 좋은 스태킹(stacking)을 위하여 상부 표면을 증가시키는 것을 허용한다.
클로저와 용기의 형상은, 상기 형상이 패키지의 맨 바닥에서 맨 상부까지 유지될 때, 더 좋은 저장 상태를 제공한다. 또한, 판매점은 쉽게 쌓아둘 수 있는 패키지를 선호하기 때문에, 이러한 패키지는 백화점에서 유용하다. 뿐만 아니라, 본 발명의 태양들은 스태킹을 돕기위한 클로저의 상부에 선택적인 스태킹 링(stacking ring)을 포함한다.

Claims (15)

  1. 어린이 안전 용기용 단일-피스 스퀴즈 및 회전 클로저에 있어서,
    상기 용기는 나사산 형상의 넥과, 하나 이상의 록킹 리세스된 환형 슬롯 또는 그루브를 갖는 상부 표면을 구비하는 상부 숄더를 포함하고,
    상기 클로저는 단단한 재료로 형성된 측벽을 포함하며, 상기 측벽은 하나 이상의 가요성 패널을 더 포함하되, 상기 가요성 패널은 눌러질 때 병으로부터 상기 클로저를 돌려서 빼는 것을 허용하고, 상기 가요성 패널의 각각은 상기 용기의 대응하는 록킹 리세스된 슬롯 또는 그루브를 체결하는 하나 이상의 수직 탭을 포함하는,
    어린이 안전 용기용 단일-피스 스퀴즈 및 회전 클로저.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,

  5. 제1항에 있어서,

  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 용기에서 개구를 틀어막기 위한 플러그 씰을 더 포함하는,

  7. 용기 및 어린이 안전 용기용 단일-피스 스퀴즈 및 회전 클로저를 포함하는 어린이 안전 패키지에 있어서,
    상기 용기는 나사산 형상의 넥과, 하나 이상의 록킹 리세스된 환형 슬롯 또는 그루브를 갖는 상부 표면을 구비한 상부 숄더를 포함하고,
