Claims (5)
- 고전압 배터리;상기 고전압 배터리의 DC 전압을 스위칭하여 3상 교류전원으로 변환하는 인버터; 및상기 변환된 3상 교류전원에 의하여 구동되는 3상 교류모터;를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 인버터는 차량의 키 오프시 또는 에어백 작동 신호 감지 시 모터에 q축 전류를 인가하지 않고 d축 전류만 최대값으로 인가하는 영토크제어를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드전기차량을 위한 인버터 DC-링크 전압 방전 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 3상 교류 모터는 매입형 영구자석 동기모터(IPMSM)인 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드전기차량을 위한 인버터 DC-링크 전압 방전 시스템.
- 고전압 배터리, 상기 고전압 배터리의 DC 전압을 스위칭하여 3상 교류전원으로 변환하는 인버터, 및 상기 변환된 3상 교류전원에 의하여 구동되는 3상 교류모터를 포함하여 구성되는 하이브리드전기차량의 인버터 DC-링크 전압 방전 방법에 있어서, 상기 방법은,(a) 상기 하이브리드전기차량의 키 오프 또는 에어백 작동 신호를 감지하는 단계;(b) 메인 릴레이 제어유닛을 이용하여 메인 릴레이를 오프하는 단계;(c) 상기 인버터를 제어하여 상기 3상 교류모터에 q축 전류를 인가하지 않고 d축 전류만 최대값으로 인가하는 단계;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드전기차량의 인버터 DC-링크 전압 방전 방법
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 3상 교류 모터는 매입형 영구자석 동기모터(IPMSM)인 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드전기차량을 위한 인버터 DC-링크 전압 방전 방법.
- 청구항 3 또는 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 (b) 단계 이후에,(b-1) 인버터의 영토크제어를 통한 DC-링크 전압 방전의 가능성을 판단하는 단계;(b-2) 상기 인버터의 영토크제어를 통한 DC-링크 전압 방전이 가능한 경우 상기 (c) 단계를 수행하고, 불가능한 경우 LDC를 이용하여 DC-링크 전압을 방전하는 단계;를 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드전기차량을 위한 인버터 DC-링크 전압 방전 방법.
