Claims (12)
- 하기 화학식 1의 구조를 갖는, 폴리올 제조용 복금속 시안계 촉매:<화학식 1>Ma[M'(CN)6]b Lc L'd상기 식에서,M은 Zn(II), Fe(II), Ni(II), Mn(II), Co(II), Sn(II), Pb(II), Fe(III), Mo(IV), Mo(VI), Al(II), V(V), V(IV), Sr(II), W(IV), W(VI), Cu(II) 및 Cr(III)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 금속원소이고;M'는 Fe(II), Fe(III), Co(II), Co(III), Cr(II), Cr(III), Mn(II), Mn(III), Ir(III), Ni(II), Rh(III), Ru(II), V(V) 및 V(IV)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 금속원소이고;L은 분자량 200 미만의 에테르계 리간드이고;L'는 분자량 200 미만의 에테르와 분자량 200 미만의 글리콜이 조합된 리간드이며; a, b, c 및 d는 정수로서, 이들의 합은 M 및 M'의 전하수 합과 같다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 에테르계 리간드가 다이에틸렌 글리콜 다이메틸 에테르, 에틸렌 글리콜 다이메틸 에테르, 에틸렌 글리콜 모노메틸 에테르, 프로필렌 글리콜 프로필 에테르, 프 로필렌 글리콜 메틸 에테르 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 유도된 것임을 특징으로 하는, 폴리올 제조용 복금속 시안계 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 글리콜이 프로필렌 글리콜, 다이프로필렌 글리콜, 트라이프로필렌 글리콜, 에틸렌 글리콜, 다이에틸렌 글리콜 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리올 제조용 복금속 시안계 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 에테르와 글리콜이 조합된 리간드가 에테르와 글리콜을 1∼9 : 9∼1의 중량비로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리올 제조용 복금속 시안계 촉매.
- (1) 금속(M)염의 수용액, 금속(M') 시안염의 수용액, 및 분자량 200 미만의 에테르계 착물화제(L)를 혼합하고 반응시켜 촉매 슬러리를 수득하는 단계;(2) 상기 단계 (1)에서 수득된 슬러리에, 분자량 200 미만의 에테르와 분자량 200 미만의 글리콜의 혼합물로 이루어진 공착물화제(L')를 첨가하여 혼합하는 단계; 및(3) 상기 단계 (2)에서 얻은 혼합물을 여과 또는 원심분리하여 고체 촉매를 분리하는 단계를 포함하는,제 1 항에 따른 폴리올 제조용 복금속 시안계 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 에테르계 착물화제가 전체 사용물질의 총량을 기준으로 10 내지 90 중량%의 함량으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 복금속 시안계 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 공착물화제가 전체 사용물질의 총량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 20 중량%의 함량으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 복금속 시안계 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 단계 (3)에서 고체 촉매 분리에 이어, 분리된 고체 촉매를 알콜 수용액으로 세척하는 공정을 1회 이상 추가로 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 복금속 시안계 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항의 폴리올 제조용 복금속 시안계 촉매를 산화프로필렌(PO)의 호모 중합 또는 산화프로필렌(PO)과 산화에틸렌(EO)의 랜덤 공중합에 중합 촉매로서 사용하여 폴리올을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 랜덤 공중합에 상기 PO 및 EO를 9.5∼8 : 0.5∼2의 혼합비로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리올의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항의 방법에 의해 제조된, 0.015 meq/g 이상의 불포화도를 갖는 PO 호모 또는 PO/EO 랜덤 폴리올 중합체.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 폴리올 중합체가 0.02 내지 0.05 meq/g의 불포화도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, PO 호모 또는 PO/EO 랜덤 폴리올 중합체.
