Claims (7)
- 난도금 성분을 포함하는 초고강도 강판을 용융아연도금하여 용융아연 도금강판을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 강판을 알루미늄을 함유한 용융아연 도금욕에 침지한 다음, 도금욕에서 인양한 강판에 인산계 수용액을 분사한 후, 약합금화 열처리하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초고강도 용융아연 도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 인산계 수용액의 농도는 1~5wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 초고강도 용융아연 도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 인산계 수용액 분사시에 강판의 온도는 430~450℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 초고강도 용융아연 도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 인산계 수용액은 인산암모늄 또는 인산나트륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 초고강도 용융아연 도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서 인산계 수용액 분사는 분사 후 강판 표면에 직경 50~100㎛ 크기의 인산계 수용액이 10~30% 잔류하도록 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초고강도 용융아연 도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 약합금화 열처리 온도는 400~450℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 초고강도 용융아연 도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해서 제조된 것으로서, 도금층내에 1~2wt%의 철함량을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초고강도 용융아연 도금강판.
