Claims (7)
- 난도금 성분을 포함하는 초고강도 강판을 용융아연도금하여 용융아연 도금강판을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 강판을 알루미늄을 함유한 용융아연 도금욕에 침지한 다음, 도금욕에서 인양한 강판에 인산계 수용액을 분사한 후, 400~450℃의 온도에서 약합금화 열처리하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초고강도 용융아연 도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 인산계 수용액의 농도는 1~5wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 초고강도 용융아연 도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 인산계 수용액 분사시에 강판의 온도는 430~450℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 초고강도 용융아연 도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 인산계 수용액은 인산암모늄 또는 인산나트륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 초고강도 용융아연 도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 인산계 수용액 분사는 분사 후 직경 50~100㎛ 크기의 인산계 수용액이 강판 표면에 면적분율로 10~30% 잔류하도록 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초고강도 용융아연 도금강판의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해서 제조된 것으로서, 도금층내에 1~2wt%의 철함량을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초고강도 용융아연 도금강판.
