Claims (6)
- 진동 장치의 진동 방향의 선단부에, 진동 방향과 직교하는 방향으로 연장되고, 이 연장 방향과 직교하는 방향의 단면이 곡률 반경 R의 저부를 구비하고, 선단측으로 개방된 홈을 구비하는 면취용의 진동 단자와, 이 진동 단자를 그 축 방향으로 10Hz ~ 50kHz의 주파수 및 0.1kW ~ 4kW의 일률로 진동시키는 진동 장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 재료의 면취 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 면취용 진동 단자의 홈의 개방 각도가 90°±10°인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 재료의 면취 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 면취용 진동 단자의 홈의 저부의 곡률 반경 R이 0.5mm ~ 5mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 재료의 면취 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 면취용 진동 단자가 봉상체인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 재료의 면취 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 면취용 진동 단자가 상기 진동 장치의 핀 홀더에 회전 가능하게 축지된 원반 형상체이고,상기 홈은, 이 원반 형상의 진동 단자의 외주에, 원반의 직경 방향의 단면에서 그 외경 방향으로 개방되도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 재료의 면취 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 면취 장치를 이용하고, 진동 단자를 10Hz ~ 50kHz의 주파수로 진동시키고, O.1kW ~ 4kW의 일률로 금속 재료의 코너부를 면취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 재료의 면취 방법.
