Claims (3)
- 투명 유리 발광관,상기 발광관 내에 밀봉된 시동용 비활성 가스 및 수은의 밀봉물,상기 발광관 내에 대향하여 배치된 한쌍의 방전 전극, 및상기 발광관 내벽에 도포한 수은 스펙트럼인 253.7nm을 변환하고, 300~340nm의 파장에 변환 효율의 피크를 갖는 형광체를 구비하며,상기 발광관은 모재질의 100%중에 10% 이상의 산화나트륨이 함유된 소다라임 유리제인 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 방전 램프.
- 자외선 투과성 소다라임 유리제의 발광관,상기 발광관 내에 밀봉된 시동용 비활성 가스 및 수은의 밀봉물,상기 발광관 내에 대향한 한쌍의 전극, 및상기 발광관 내 표면에 LaPO4:Ce를 모체 재료로서 형성된 형광체를 구비하고,상기 형광체의 막두께는 5~40㎛로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 램프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 형광체에는 1~5㎛의 입자 직경인 것이 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하 는 자외선 램프.
