Claims (5)
- 벽판넬유니트(10)가 횡으로 결합되어지면서 상기 벽판넬유니트(10)의 하단은 베이스부재(20)에 끼워지고, 상기 벽판넬유니트(10)의 상단은 탑부재(30)에 끼움결합되어지되, 상기 벽판넬유니트(10)의 하단은 상기 베이스부재(20)의 안치부(210)에 안치되고, 상기 벽판넬유니트(10)의 상단은 탑부재(30)의 끼움부(310)에 결합되며, 상기 벽판넬유니트(10)의 세로방향 일측에 돌조브라켓(110)이 결합되고, 타측에 홈조브라켓(120)이 결합되어 상기 벽판넬유니트(10)의 일측 돌조브라켓(110)의 돌부(111)가 이웃하는 다른 벽판넬유니트(10)의 홈조브라켓(120)의 홈부(121)에 끼워져 조립되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식 벽판넬 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 벽판넬유니트(10)는 단열재(130)의 일측면 또는 양측면에 석고보드(140)가 적층되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식 벽판넬 구조.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 베이스부재(20)는 금속판재가 일체로 절곡되어 형성되어지되, 안치부(210)의 깊이(H)가 폭(W) 보다 작고, 상기 안치부(210)를 중심으로 양측에 지지부(220)(220')가 형성되고, 상기 지지부(220)(220')의 외측지지판재(221)(221')가 상기 안치부(210)의 깊이(H) 보다 하향으로 연장형성되어 외측으로 각각 절곡되어 제1플랜지(230)(230')가 일체로 형성되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식 벽판넬 구조.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 탑부재(30)는 금속판재가 절곡되어 내부에 끼움부(310)가 일체로 형성되어지되, 상기 끼움부(310)의 상부면(311) 일측이 하향으로 절곡되어 일측지지판재(320)가 형성되고, 상기 일측지지판재(320)의 하부가 다시 외측으로 절곡되어 제2플랜지(330)가 형성되어지며 상기 끼움부(310)의 상부면(311) 타측도 하향으로 절곡되어 타측지지판재(340)가 형성되고, 상기 타측지지판재(340)가 다시 내측으로 절곡된 다음 상향으로 절곡되어 내측지지판재(350)가 형성되고, 상기 내측지지판재(350)에 의하여 지지부(360)가 형성되어지며 상기 끼움부(310)의 상부면(311) 내부면으로부터 내측지지판재(350)의 상단까지의 높이(h)가 일측의 제2플랜지(330)의 높이(h')와 돌일하고, 상기 탑부재(30)의 끼움부 너비(w)도 상기 베이스부재(20)의 안치부(210)의 너비(W)와 동일하게 형성되어짐을 특징으로 하는 조립식 벽판넬 구조.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 벽판넬유니트(10)와 이웃하는 벽판넬유니트(10)와의 틈새에는 코오킹재(40)가 설치되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식 벽판넬 구조.
