제조예 1에서 제조한 칠백진고 추출물 1%를 함유하는 제형예 4의 맛사지 제형과 제형예 4에서 칠백진고 추출물 대신 정제수를 함유하는 맛사지 제형(비교예1)을 만든 후 3명의 여성을 대상으로 얼굴에 도포 한 후 혈행 촉진 효과를 0분, 5분, 10분 간격을 측정하여 효과를 비교하여 하기 표 6에 나타내었다. 이때 사용한 기기는 도렉스(DOREX)사의 Digital Infrared Thermographic Imaging(DITI)를 이용하였으며, 시험 장소는 온도가 20±2℃, 습도가 40∼60% 되도록 유지하였다.
