Claims (11)
- 탄소나노튜브와 탄소섬유에서 선택된 적어도 하나와 은을 포함하거나, 루테늄과 팔라듐에서 선택된 적어도 하나와 탄소나노튜브와 탄소섬유에서 선택된 적어도 하나와 은을 포함하는 전체 조성물 100중량부에 대하여,상기 탄소나노튜브와 탄소섬유에서 선택된 적어도 하나는 0.01 내지 20중량부로 포함되는 페이스트 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 조성물은상기 은 5 내지 60중량부;상기 탄소나노튜브와 탄소섬유에서 선택된 적어도 하나 0.01 내지 20중량부;유리 프릿 5 내지 40중량부; 및유기 바인더 10 내지 40 중량부를 포함하는 페이스트 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 조성물은상기 은 10 내지 60중량부;상기 루테늄 0.25 내지 20중량부;상기 탄소나노튜브와 탄소섬유에서 선택된 적어도 하나 0.01 내지 20중량부;유리 프릿 5 내지 35중량부; 및유기 바인더 10 내지 40 중량부를 포함하는 페이스트 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 조성물은상기 은 10 내지 60중량부;상기 팔라듐 0.25 내지 20중량부;상기 탄소나노튜브와 탄소섬유에서 선택된 적어도 하나 0.01 내지 20중량부;유리 프릿 5 내지 35중량부; 및유기 바인더 10 내지 40중량부를 포함하는 페이스트 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 조성물은상기 은 10 내지 60중량부;상기 루테늄 0.25 내지 5중량부;상기 팔라듐 0.25 내지 10중량부;상기 탄소나노튜브와 탄소섬유에서 선택된 적어도 하나 0.01 내지 20중량부;유리 프릿 5 내지 35중량부; 및유기 바인더 10 내지 40중량부를 포함하는 페이스트 조성물.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 유리 프릿은 400 내지 850℃의 연화점을 갖는 페이스트 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 탄소나노튜브는 100 내지 600㎡/g 범위의 비표면적을 갖는 페이스트 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 탄소나노튜브는 다중벽 탄소나노튜브, 단일벽 탄소나노튜브, 및 박벽 탄소나노튜브에서 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는 페이스트 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 탄소섬유는 탄소나노섬유인 페이스트 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 따른 페이스트 조성물을 포함하는 저항체막.
- 제 10 항의 저항체막을 포함하는 전자부품.
