Claims (6)
- 토션파이프 제조장치에 있어서,파이프(20)의 일단을 파지하여 인발하는 인발기(10);상기 인발기(10)에 의해 인발되는 파이프(20)의 외측에 홈을 형성하는 홈형성기(30);상기 홈형성기(30)와 대응되도록 상기 파이프(20)의 내부에 삽입되어 형상을 유지시키는 어댑터(50)를 포함하는 토션파이프 제조장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 홈형성기(30)는내부에 수용공간(32)이 형성된 베이스부재(31);상기 베이스부재(31)의 수용공간(32)에 수용되는 베어링부재(33);상기 베어링부재(33)에 회전되도록 지지되며, 내측면에 적어도 하나 이상의 성형돌기(35)가 형성된 홈형성부재(37)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토션파이프 제조장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 성형돌기(35)는30도 내지 60도로 경사진 나선형으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 토션파이프 제조장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 홈형성부재(37)는파이프(20)의 인입이 용이하도록 일단에 오목형상의 경사면(38)이 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 토션파이프 제조장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 어댑터(50)는나선형의 성형홈(52)이 외측에 형성된 샤프트부재(51)인 것을 특징으로 하는 토션파이프 제조장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 파이프(20)는 삼각 또는 사각으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 토션파이프 제조장치.
