Claims (5)
- 화물의 적재나 하역을 위하여 갑판을 개구시킨 창구해치와, 상기 창구해치의 둘레를 따라 상기 갑판의 상방을 향해 돌출 설치된 해치코밍과, 상기 해치코밍에 결합되어 상기 창구해치를 차폐하는 해치커버를 포함하여 이루어진 화물선에 있어서,상기 해치커버는,골조 구조로 형성된 내부프레임과,상기 내부프레임을 감싸도록 섬유강화 복합소재(FRP, Fiber Reinforced Plastics)를 복수 층으로 적층하여 형성시킨 외부프레임을 포함하는 섬유강화 복합소재로 만들어진 해치커버를 구비한 화물선.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 내부프레임은,섬유강화 복합소재로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 복합소재로 만들어진 해치커버를 구비한 화물선.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 외부프레임은,외부표면에 겔코우트용 수지가 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 복합소재로 만들어진 해치커버를 구비한 화물선.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 해치코밍은, 상방을 향해 연장 형성된 가이드부재를 포함하고,상기 해치커버는, 일단부가 상기 내부프레임에 삽입되어 형합 고정되되 상기 외부프레임에 감싸지고, 타단부가 상기 외부프레임으로부터 외부를 향해 돌출되되 상기 가이드부재에 슬라이딩 결합되어 고정되는 고정부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 복합소재로 만들어진 해치커버를 구비한 화물선.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 고정부재는, 초경합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 복합소재로 만들어진 해치커버를 구비한 화물선.
