Claims (9)
- 각각 하나 이상의 열경화성 아크릴 코폴리머, 하나 이상의 열경화성 아크릴 코폴리머용 가교제, 및 코팅 분말의 총 중량을 기준으로, 0.01 내지 1.5 wt.%의 하나 이상의 소수성 서브미크론(submicron) 입자 첨가제를 포함하는 입자 또는 응집체(agglomerate)를 포함하는 투명 코트(clear coat) 또는 착색(tinted) 투명 코트 분말 코팅을 제공하는 코팅 분말 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 소수성 서브미크론 입자가 무기 산화물 및 하나 이상의 유기실리콘 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 분말 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 무기 산화물의 평균 입자 크기가 0.001 ㎛ 내지 1.0 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 분말 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 무기 산화물이 퓸 실리카(fume silica) 또는 금속 산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 분말 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 유기실리콘 화합물이 실질적으로 수지 반응성 기가 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 분말 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 에폭시 또는 이소시아네이트 작용성 부착 촉진제(adhesion promoter)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 분말 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 아크릴 코폴리머가 에폭시 작용성 아크릴 코폴리머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 분말 조성물.
- 제 1 항의 코팅 분말 조성물로부터 제조된 금속 기재상 코팅.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 기재가 알루미늄 또는 단조된(forged) 합금을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅.
