Claims (17)
- 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질에 있어서,활성금속과 비활성금속으로 이루어진 합금과 상기 합금 중의 활성금속과 활성금속-탄소 결합을 통해 결합된 탄소계물질을 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 활성금속은 Si, Sn, Al, Zn, Pb, Bi, Ag, Cd 및 Sb로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비활성금속은 Co, Ni, Mn, Fe 및 Cu로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소계물질은 Graphite, carbon nanotube, carbon nanowire, soft carbon 및 hard carbon으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 활성금속은 평균 입경이 50㎛ 이하인 분말인 것을 특 징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비활성금속은 평균 입경이 50㎛ 이하인 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소계물질은 평균 입경이 50㎛ 이하인 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질의 제조에 있어서,활성금속과 비활성금속을 합금화하는 단계;상기 활성금속과 비활성금속의 합금에 탄소계물질을 첨가하여 활성금속-탄소 결합을 형성하고 합금 금속 내의 공극률(porosity)를 조절하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 활성금속과 비활성금속의 합금화는 Ball-milling, mechano-fusion, arc-melting 중에서 선택된 어느 하나의 방법에 의해 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 활성금속과 비활성금속의 합금에 탄소계물질을 첨가하고 Ball-milling 또는 mechano-fusion 시킴으로써 합금 중의 활성금속과 탄소계물질에 대해 활성금속-탄소 결합을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 활성금속은 Si, Sn, Al, Zn, Pb, Bi, Ag, Cd 및 Sb로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 금속인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 활성금속은 평균 입경이 50㎛ 이하인 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 비활성금속은 Co, Ni, Mn, Fe 및 Cu로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 비활성금속은 평균 입경이 50㎛ 이하인 분말인 것을 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 탄소계물질은 Graphite, carbon nanotube, carbon nanowire, soft carbon 및 hard carbon으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 탄소계물질은 평균 입경이 50㎛ 이하인 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질의 제조방법.
- 특허청구범위 제1항의 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질을 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지.
