Claims (9)
- 장치프레임(2)에 구비되어 소재(1)의 표면을 처리하는 소재 표면처리부(20); 및상기 소재 표면처리부(20)에 소재(1)를 이동투입시키도록 상기 장치프레임(2)에 구비된 소재 이동투입부(50);를 포함하여 구성된 소재 표면처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소재 표면처리부(20)는소재(1)를 세정하도록 상기 장치프레임(2)에 구비된 소재 세정수단(30); 및세정된 소재(1)를 표면처리하도록 상기 장치프레임(2)에 구비된 소재 표면처리수단(40);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소재 표면처리장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 소재 세정수단(30)은소재(1)가 세척되도록 세척제가 분사되는 세척제 분사노즐(83)이 포함된 제1세척조(31);세척제에 의하여 세척된 소재(1)가 탈지되도록 탈지용액이 담겨진 탈지 조(32); 및탈지된 소재(1)를 세척하도록 세척수가 분사되는 세척수 분사노즐(83)이 포함된 제2세척조(33);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소재 표면처리장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 탈지조(32)는 탈지용액에 버블링이 발생되도록 탈지용액에 공기를 공급하는 공기 분사노즐(83)이 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 소재 표면처리장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 소재 표면처리수단(40)은세정된 소재(1)의 표면처리를 위해서 표면처리용액이 담겨진 표면처리조(42); 및표면처리된 소재(1)에 남아 있는 표면처리용액을 건조시키도록 공기가 분사되는 공기 분사노즐(83)과 열을 공급하는 히팅관(84)이 포함된 건조조(43);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소재 표면처리장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 소재 표면처리수단(40)은세정된 소재(1)의 표면이 안정되도록 공기가 분사되는 공기 분사노즐(83)과 열을 공급하는 히팅관(84)이 포함된 표면안정조(41)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소재 표면처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소재 이동투입부(50)는상기 소재 표면처리부(20) 상부의 장치프레임(2)에 가로 방향으로 설치된 지지대(51);상기 지지대(51)에 구비된 이동회전수단(60); 및상기 이동회전수단(60)과 연결된 소재 지지수단(70);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소재 표면처리장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 이동회전수단(60)은상기 지지대(51)의 일측에 설치된 모터(62)와 연결된 이동축(61);상기 이동축(61)에 연결되어 상기 지지대(51)에 이동가능하게 구비된 이동대(63);상기 이동대(63)에 연결된 실린더(64); 및상기 실린더(64)에 베어링(67)에 의해서 연결되며 상기 이동대(63)에 구비된 제2모터(66)에 의해서 회전되는 회전축(65);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소재 표면처리장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 소재 지지수단(70)은상기 이동회전수단(60)에 포함되는 회전축(65)에 연결된 소재 지지대(71); 및상기 소재 지지대(71)에 연결된 하나 이상의 지지고리(72);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소재 표면처리장치.
