Claims (15)
- 제1전극판과, 상기 제1전극판과 일정한 간격을 두고 설치된 제2전극판을 구비한 터치패널에 있어서,상기 제1전극판이, 제1기판과, 상기 제1기판의 표면에 설치된 제1도전층을 구비하고;상기 제2전극판이, 제2기판과, 상기 제2기판의 표면에 설치된 제2도전층을 구비하고, 상기 제2도전층이 상기 제1전극판의 제1도전층에 대향하도록 설치되며;상기 제1도전층과 상기 제2도전층 중 적어도 하나의 도전층이 간격을 두고 설치된 복수개의 탄소 나노튜브 구조를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 탄소 나노튜브 구조가, 적어도 하나의 탄소 나노튜브막, 적어도 하나의 탄소 나노튜브 선상구조, 또는 그들에 의해 구성된 복합구조를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치패널.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 탄소 나노튜브구조가, 중첩설치된 적어도 2층의 탄소 나노튜브막을 포 함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치패널.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 탄소 나노튜브막이, 균일하게 분포된 복수개의 탄소 나노튜브를 포함하고,상기 탄소 나노튜브가, 질서정연하게 또는 무질서하게 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치패널.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 복수개의 탄소 나노튜브가, 끝단과 끝단이 서로 연결되고 동일한 방향을 따라 배열되며, 탄소 나노튜브들 사이가 반 데르 발스의 힘에 의해 서로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치패널.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 탄소 나노튜브 구조가, 서로 평행으로 가지런히 설치된 복수개의 탄소 나노튜브 선상구조를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치패널.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 탄소 나노튜브 선상구조가, 적어도 하나의 묶음형태의 탄소 나노튜브선, 적어도 하나의 비틀림형태의 탄소 나노튜브선, 또는 그들의 조합을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치패널.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 탄소 나노튜브 선상구조가, 복수개의 탄소 나노튜브선이 서로 평행설치되어 구성된 묶음형태구조 또는 복수개의 탄소 나노튜브선이 서로 비틀려서 구성된 비틀림형태구조를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 탄소 나노튜브 구조들 사이의 간격이 5nm∼1mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 터치패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1전극판이 적어도 2개의 제1전극을 더 구비하고, 상기 적어도 2개의 제1전극이 제1방향에 따른 제1도전층의 양단에 각각 전기접속되도록 설치되고;상기 제2전극판이 적어도 2개의 제2전극을 더 구비하고, 상기 적어도 2개의 제2전극이 제2방향에 따른 제2도전층의 양단에 각각 전기접속되도록 설치되고;상기 탄소 나노튜브 구조의 양단에 서로 대향하는 2개의 전극이 각각 전기접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치패널.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 제1도전층과 제2도전층이 모두 복수개의 탄소 나노튜브 구조를 포함하고, 상기 제1도전층의 탄소 나노튜브 구조와 상기 제2도전층의 탄소 나노튜브 구조가 서로 교차되도록 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치패널.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 제1도전층의 탄소 나노튜브 구조가 제1방향을 따라 평행으로 간격을 두고 설치되고, 상기 제2도전층의 탄소 나노튜브 구조가 제2방향을 따라 평행으로 간격을 두고 설치되며, 상기 제1방향과 상기 제2방향이 수직으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치패널.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 제1전극판이 제1방향에 따른 제1도전층의 양단에 설치된 복수개의 제1전극을 구비하고, 상기 투명도전층 중의 탄소 나노튜브 구조의 양단에는 서로 대향하는 제1전극이 전기접속되며, 각 제1전극은 적어도 하나의 탄소 나노튜브 구조의 일단에 전기접속되고;상기 제2전극판은 제2방향에 따른 제2도전층의 양단에 설치된 복수개의 제2전극을 구비하고, 상기 투명도전층 중의 탄소 나노튜브 구조의 양단에는 서로 대향하는 제2전극이 전기접속되며, 각 제2전극은 적어도 하나의 탄소 나노튜브 구조의 일단에 전기접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치패널.
- 표시유닛과 상기 표시유닛에 대향하게 설치된 터치패널을 구비하는 표시장치에 있어서,상기 터치패널이, 상기 제1전극판과, 상기 제1전극판과 일정한 간격을 두고 실치된 제2전극판을 구비하고,상기 제1전극판이, 제1기판과, 상기 제1기판의 표면에 설치된 제1도전층을 구비하고,상기 제2전극판이, 제2기판과, 상기 제2기판의 표면에 설치된 제2도전층을 구비하고, 상기 제2도전층이 상기 제1전극판의 제1도전층에 대향하게 설치되고;상기 제1도전층과 상기 제2도전층 중 적어도 하나의 도전층이 간격을 두고 설치된 복수개의 탄소 나노튜브 구조를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 터치패널과 상기 표시유닛이 통합으로 또는 간격을 두고 설치될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
