Claims (3)
- 용융 아연 도금조에 침지되어, 진행하는 스트립을 가이드하도록 설치된 서포트 롤에 있어서,중공의 파이프 형태로 된 롤 몸체(21);상기 롤 몸체(21) 내에 삽입 장착되고, 그 두께 조절을 통해 서포트 롤의 용융 아연 도금조 내의 중량을 조절하도록 구성된 튜브체(27); 및일측에는 상기 롤 몸체(21)의 끝단에 끼워져 그 내부를 밀폐시키는 실링부(23)가 형성되고, 타측에는 서포트 롤의 회전을 위한 축수부(24)가 형성된 한 쌍의 샤프트 부재(22);로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 구동성이 우수한 용융 아연 도금조 내의 서포트 롤.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 튜브체(27)는 서포트 롤의 단면 강성을 증가시키기 위하여 그 외면이 상기 롤 몸체(21)의 내면과 밀착되도록 삽입 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 구동성이 우수한 용융 아연 도금조 내의 서포트 롤.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 튜브체(27)와 샤프트 부재(22)의 실링부(23)는 이종 재료로 제조되고, 각 재료의 열팽창계수의 차이를 고려하여 상호 일정한 간격(t)을 두고 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 구동성이 우수한 용융 아연 도금조 내의 서포트 롤.
