Claims (4)
- 고 유량·저 압력의 제 1 밸러스트 펌프에 의해 밸러스트수(ballast water)를 선박 내에 끌어들이는 밸러스트 탱크에 이송하는 기 설치된 밸러스트수계 배관에서 분기된 분기관에,상기 밸러스트수에 오존 발생기에 의해 생성된 오존을 혼입시키는 오존 혼합 장치와,상기 밸러스트수를 상기 제 1 밸러스트 펌프보다 저 유량·고 압력으로 토출하는 제 2 밸러스트 펌프와,상기 제 2 밸러스트 펌프의 2차측에 마련되어 상기 밸러스트수를 통과시킴으로써 이 밸러스트수 중의 수생생물을 전단력에 의해 파괴하기 위한 복수의 슬릿 형상의 개구를 가지는 슬릿판과,상기 오존 혼합 장치에 의해 오존이 혼입된 밸러스트수에서 미 용해 오존을 탈기하기 위한 탈기조를 마련해,상기 탈기조로부터 배출된 탈기 후의 밸러스트수를 상기 밸러스트수계 배관에 반송하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 선박 밸러스트수의 처리 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 탈기조로부터 배출된 밸러스트수를 상기 밸러스트수계 배관에 유입시키는 관의 도중부터 밸러스트수를 상기 오존 혼합 장치의 1차측에 반송해 순환시키는 반송관을 마련함과 동시에, 상기 슬릿판보다 2차측의 라인에 소정의 압력 이상의 압력이 가해졌을 경우에 밸브를 여는 안전밸브를 상기 반송관에 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 선박 밸러스트수의 처리 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 탈기조에 의해 밸러스트수로부터 분리된 오존을 분해해 대기중에 배출하는 배출 오존 분해탑을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박 밸러스트수의 처리 장치.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 밸러스트 탱크 내의 밸러스트수를 배출하는 상기 밸러스트수계 배관 중에 배출관을 가지고, 이 배출관에 밸러스트수 중의 브롬 산화물을 포함한 옥시던트를 활성탄에 의해 제거하는 제거 장치를 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 선박 밸러스트수의 처리 장치.
