Claims (5)
- 이물질이 포함된 용융합성수지(이하 '용융수지'라 함)를 강제 압출하는 압출부와;상기 압출부에 연결되고 압출부에서 압출된 용융수지가 통과하면서 특정 형상으로 성형된 후에 배출되는 성형부와;상기 성형부를 통과하면서 상기 성형부 내부로 압출된 용융수지를 경화시킬 수 있도록 급랭시키되, 상기 용융수지가 성형되어 배출되는 방향으로 용융수지를 냉각하는 온도가 점차 낮아질 수 있도록 냉각유체를 공급하는 냉각부와;상기 압출부와 성형부의 연결 부분에 구비되어 압출부 쪽의 고열이 성형부 쪽으로 전달되는 것을 차단하는 단열부를 포함하여 구성되고,상기 성형부 내에서 용융수지가 경화되면서 합성수지 성형품이 성형될 때, 상기 압출부와 냉각부의 작용에 의해, 성형품의 중심부에는 상대적으로 이물질을 많이 포함하는 용융수지가 경화되고, 성형품의 외피부는 이물질이 거의 포함하지 않은 용융수지가 지속적으로 침투하면서 경화될 수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 폐합성수지류 재생 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 단열부를 중심으로, 상기 압출부 쪽에는 용융수지를 가열하는 히터부가 구비되고, 상기 성형부 쪽에는 상기 냉각부가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 폐합성수지류 재생 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 폐합성수지류 재생 장치는, 상기 성형부를 침수 방식으로 냉각시킬 수 있도록 냉각 유체가 저장되는 침수 탱크가 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 폐합성수지류 재생 장치.
- 왕복 운동하는 피스톤을 이용하여 이물질이 포함된 용융합성수지(이하 '용융수지'라 함)를 반복적으로 강제 압출하는 압출부와;상기 압출부에 연결되고 압출부에서 압출된 용융수지가 통과될 때 특정 형상으로 성형한 후에 연속하여 배출하는 성형부와;상기 성형부를 구성하는 금형 내부를 통과하도록 구성되어 성형부 내에서 성형되는 용융수지를 경화시키는 냉각부와;상기 압출부와 성형부의 연결 부분에 구비되어 압출부 쪽의 고열이 성형부 쪽으로 전달되는 것을 차단하는 단열부를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 폐합성수지류 재생 장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 4 중 어느 하나의 폐합성수지류 재생 장치에 의해 성형되는 것으로서,중심부와 이 중심부 양쪽에 외피부가 일체로 성형되는 삼층 구조로 이루어지되, 상기 중심부는 상대적으로 이물질이 많이 존재하고, 상기 외피부는 상대적으로 이물질이 적게 존재하는 구조로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 폐합성수지류를 이용하여 성형된 성형품.
