Claims (2)
- 방전 공간을 가지는 실리카 유리로 이루어지는 방전 용기를 구비하고, 당해 방전 용기를 형성하는 실리카 유리가 개재된 상태에서 한 쌍의 전극이 설치됨과 더불어, 방전 공간 내에 크세논 가스가 봉입되어서 이루어지는 엑시머 램프에 있어서,상기 방전 용기의 방전 공간에 노출되는 표면에는, 실리카 입자와 알루미나 입자로 이루어지는 자외선 산란 입자에 의해 구성된 자외선 반사막이 형성되어 있고, 당해 자외선 반사막의 막 두께 Y(㎛)는, 자외선 반사막을 구성하는 자외선 산란 입자의 중심 입경을 X(㎛)로 할 때, Y>4X+5의 관계를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엑시머 램프.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 자외선 반사막은, 실리카 입자의 함유 비율이 30wt%이상인 것임을 특징으로 하는 엑시머 램프.
