Claims (6)
- 보온성 원단에 있어서,피부와 접하는 면에 파일 또는 요철구조로, 소수성섬유 또는 소수성 섬유와 친수성 섬유로 형성된 이면층과상기 이면층의 상부에, 수분의 흡수시 팽창 및 팽윤이 가능한 섬유로 이루어진 표면층과수분흡수시 발열기능을 발현되도록, 상기 표면층의 하부에만 또는 표면층 및 이면층의 하부 전체에 가교결합된 아크릴계 수지가 도포된 흡수발열층으로 형성되되,상기 표면층은 이면층에 비해 조직의 밀도가 더 밀한 구조로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 자기제어형 보온원단.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 표면층의 상부에 태양광 선택흡수성 세라믹 입자를 접착제나 분산제 등에 혼합하여 직물에 바인딩, 코팅 또는 라미네이팅 등의 방식에 의해 추가적으로 도포함으로 기화열에 의한 체온저하를 방지할 수 있는 보온층이 더 형성됨을 특징으로 자기제어형 보온원단.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 이면층을 형성하는 소수성 섬유는 폴리프로필렌계 DTY이고, 친수성 섬유는 폴리아미드계, 면 섬유와 같은 천연섬유, 아크릴계 섬유로 이루어진 군에서 일 이상 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기제어형 보온원단.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 표면층을 구성하는 섬유는 축방향의 팽창률이 5±2.5%임을 특징으로 하는 자기제어형 보온원단.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 표면층을 구성하는 섬유는 부피팽윤율이 110 내지 135%임을 특징으로 하는 자기제어형 보온원단.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 표면층은 이면층에 비해 1.1 내지 5배 더 조밀하게 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 자기제어형 보온원단.
