Claims (3)
- 회전하는 원통형 보빈에 감겨져 있는 베이스 필름인 합성수지 필름을 인출하여 컨베이어 형태의 로울러로 이동시키면서 페이스트 상태의 자외선 경화 레진 또는 열경화용 레진의 합성수지액을 상기 수지 필름 표면에 공급하여 코팅하는 단계;상기 베이스 필름 상에 코팅된 합성수지액을 가열수단을 이용하여 탈포시킨 후에 삼각뿔 형태의 롤 금형을 이용하여 프리즘 형태로 패턴화하고 다시 그 표면 위에 자외선을 조사하여 상기 수지액을 경화시킴과 동시에 경화된 프리즘 파우더를 형성하는 단계; 및상기 경화된 프리즘 파우더를 전자석의 자력에 의해 탈리시켜서 회수하는 단계로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 재귀 반사성이 우수한 마이크로프리즘 파우더의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 경화된 프리즘 파우더를 회수하기 전에 그 표면에 진공증착에 의해 금속을 증착시켜 알루미늄, 구리, 니켈, 금, 은, 백금 및 크롬 중 어느 하나를 선택하여서되는 금속피막을 형성시키는 단계;상기 금속피막이 형성된 프리즘 파우더와 함께 베이스 필름을 프리즘 파손 방지액조에 침지시켜 금속 피막이 파손되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 파손 방지막을 형성시키는 단계;상기 파손 방지막이 형성된 프리즘 파우더를 세척기로 세척하고, 열풍기로 표면을 건조시킨 다음에 베이스 필름으로부터 프리즘 파우더 완제품을 전자석의 자력을 이용하여 탈리시켜 회수하는 단계로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 재귀 반사성이 우수한 마이크로프리즘 파우더의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 필름에 합성수지액의 코팅은 10 ~ 20㎛ 정도의 두께로 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 재귀 반사성이 우수한 마이크로프리즘 파우더의 제조방법.
