Claims (8)
- 상면, 하면, 상면과 하면을 연결하는 복수의 측면들, 인접하는 측면들을 연결하는 복수의 모서리면들을 포함하는 직육면체 형상의 몸체와,상기 상면 및 하면과 상기 복수의 측면들 중 하나 이상 사이의 경계부에 형성되는, 하나 이상의 볼록한 곡선형 부절삭에지와,상기 상면 및 하면과 상기 복수의 모서리면들 중 하나 이상 사이의 경계부에 형성되는, 하나 이상의 주절삭에지를 포함하고,상기 상면 및 하면은 각각 장착면과 장착면에 대하여 경사각을 가지고 연장하는 경사면을 포함하고,상기 상면의 주절삭에지는 인접하는 부절삭에지가 끝나는 지점으로부터 주절삭에지의 중간 지점까지 하면을 향하여 연장하고, 주절삭에지의 중간 지점부터 인접하는 다른 부절삭에지와 만나는 지점까지 하면으로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 연장하고,상기 하면의 주절삭에지는 인접하는 부절삭에지가 끝나는 지점으로부터 주절삭에지의 중간 지점까지 상면을 향하여 연장하고, 주절삭에지의 중간 지점부터 인접하는 다른 부절삭에지와 만나는 지점까지 상면으로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 연장하는 절삭 삽입체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절삭 삽입체는 상면 및 하면의 중심을 관통하는 축을 중심으로 90°회전 대칭이고, 상기 절삭 삽입체는 측면과 그 대향 측면의 중심을 관통하는 축을 중심으로 180°회전 대칭인 절삭 삽입체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상면에서 보았을 때 상기 부절삭에지의 연장선으로부터 상기 주절삭에지의 중간 지점까지의 거리는 1.0mm 내지 2.0mm인 절삭 삽입체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 모서리면 방향에서 보았을 때 상기 상면 또는 하면의 주절삭에지가 상면 또는 하면의 장착면과 이루는 각도는 8°내지 18°인 절삭 삽입체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 부절삭에지의 곡률 반경은 20mm 내지 60mm인 절삭 삽입체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 주절삭에지는 상면에서 보았을 때 직선부와 그 양측의 곡선부로 구성되는 절삭 삽입체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 주절삭에지의 직선부는 인접하는 부절삭에지와 45°의 각도를 이루는 절삭 삽입체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상면에서 보았을 때 상기 부절삭에지의 길이는 측면과 그 대향 측면 사이 거리의 40% 내지 60%인 절삭 삽입체.
