Claims (4)
- 흡기 밸브 및 배기 밸브를 포함하는 실린더;상기 흡기 밸브를 강제 개방시키는 무부하 피스톤;상기 무부하 피스톤의 구동을 제어하는 솔레노이드 밸브;상기 실린더 내의 피스톤에 동력을 전달하는 모터;상기 피스톤의 구동에 의해 압축된 공기를 저장하는 탱크;상기 탱크 내 압력이 제 1 설정압력을 초과하면, 스위칭 동작에 의해 상기 솔레노이드 밸브를 개방시키는 제 1 압력 스위치; 및상기 탱크 내의 압력을 감지하여, 제 2 설정압력에 따라 스위칭 동작을 하며, 상기 탱크 내 압력이 제 2 설정압력을 초과하면, 상기 모터로 인가되는 전원을 차단시키는 제 2 압력 스위치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2단 압력 제어 공기 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 설정압력은 상기 제 1 설정압력에 비해 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 2단 압력 제어 공기 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 2단 압력 제어 공기 압축기는,압력 스위치 제어 구동방식인 단속운전 타입과 솔레노이드 밸브 제어 구동방식인 연속운전 타입 중, 어느 하나를 선택시키는 선택 스위치를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2단 압력 제어 공기 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 탱크 내의 압력을 수동적으로 조절하는 안전 밸브를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2단 압력 제어 공기 압축기.
