Claims (3)
- 공기와 물을 혼합하여 분무하여 강판을 냉각하는 냉각 장치로서, 이 냉각 장치는 공기를 공급하는 공기 헤더와, 이 공기 헤더에 접속되고, 상부에 공기 도입구를, 몸체부에 냉각수 도입구를, 하부에 공기 및 물을 분무하는 토출공을 구비한 복수의 노즐과,또한, 상기 노즐의 물 도입구의 주위가 물 헤더를 형성하고, 당해 물 헤더로 물을 공급하는 배관의 공급구의 높이가 상기 노즐의 물 도입부의 높이보다 낮게 설정되며, 또한 상기 물의 공급 배관의 도중에 에어 배출 밸브를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판의 제어 냉각 장치.
- 제1항의 제어 냉각 장치를 사용하여, 강판의 냉각을 개시할 때에, 먼저, 상기 노즐에 공기를 유통시키고, 다음으로 상기 공기 배출 밸브를 열림으로 하고, 이와 거의 동시에 상기 물 헤더에 물을 공급하며, 주로 배관 내의 에어를 배출하고, 그 후, 공기 배출 밸브를 닫힘으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판의 냉각 방법.
- 제1항의 제어 냉각 장치를 사용하여, 강판의 냉각을 종료하고, 공기 및 물의 유통을 정지할 때에, 먼저 물의 유통을 정지하고, 그 후 공기의 유통을 정지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판의 냉각 방법.
