Abstract

본 고안은 각종 강관말뚝의 작업과정에서의 안전사고를 예방할 수 있도록 한 추락방지 안전장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a fall prevention safety device that can prevent safety accidents in the work process of various steel pipe piles.

본 고안에 따르면, 건설현장에서 건물기초, 기계기초, 교량, 옹벽기초등의 지반강화용으로 다양하게 사용하는 강관말뚝의 경우 항타작업을 이용 설치하게 되며 지면 가까이에서 소정의 작업을 마치게 된다. 이때 강관말뚝은 강관형태이므로 안쪽에는 깊은 홀이 생기게 되며 이 홀은 깊이가 깊고 작업지역에 따라 지하수나 해수가 담기게 되는데 이러한 현장에서 작업자가 작업과정에서 또는 부주의로 이 강관말뚝에 빠지는 것을 예방할 수 있도록한 강관말뚝 추락방지 안전장치를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 고안은 강관말뚝 상부에 원형밴드형태의 철띠와 이 철띠 안쪽 상부에 십자형태의 사각파이프를 서로 견고하게 연결하고 이 철띠의 한부분에 나사를 끼워 조일 수 있도록 연결부를 형성한것을 철띠를 강관말뚝 상부에 끼우고 연결부의 나사를 조여 고정시킴으로써 안전장치를 이루고 필요시 나사를 풀어 해체할 수 있도록 하는 것으로 강관말뚝 추락방지를 위한 안전장치기능을 갖는 것을 특징으로 한다.According to the present invention, in the case of steel pipe piles that are variously used for ground reinforcement such as building foundations, machine foundations, bridges, retaining wall foundations, etc., construction works are performed using driving operations, and the predetermined work is completed near the ground.
