Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and safely retain the earth by applying the constitution that a liner plate fitted in such a way as externally exposing a flange having a bolt hole is circularly assembled on the four sides of a curved steel plate, and inserted while connected to the internal side of the casing of a shaft. SOLUTION: A horizontal flange 2 and a vertical flange 3 with vertical and horizontal bolt holes 4 and 5 are fitted to a curved steel plate 1 reinforced with a corrugation in such a state as exposed outside curvature, thereby forming a liner plate. Liner plates adjacent to each other are connected by use of bolts and nuts, and circularly assembled so as to have the maximum height of 2 m. The assembled body is inserted in the circular casing of an excavated shaft, and the horizontal flange 2 is held against a fall with a jig laid at the peripheral end of the casing. Thereafter, a liner plate similarly assembled on the ground is lifted with a crane, placed on the top of the previously inserted liner plate and then connected. The jig is removed for lowering the liner plate and this process is repeated until the liner plate reaches a bottom. According to this construction, the liner plate can be efficiently and safely assembled, because an assembling work can be externally done without using scaffolding or a ladder.

2. Description of the Related Art A conventional liner plate is shown in FIGS. A flange with bolt holes is attached so that the four circumferences of a curved steel plate reinforced by corrugation can be tightened from the inside of the curve. The most common operation of building a shaft using liner plates is shown in FIG. To prevent the collapse of earth and sand by constructing a wall with a liner plate on the inner surface of the circular shaft, one part of the liner plate is dug down under the liner plate, and only one liner plate is attached to this part with a bolt and nut. When the liner plate wall for one step is connected by repeating this, the central part of the pit bottom is excavated by one liner plate. Digging in this way completes the shaft, which is covered with a liner plate. Accordingly, the flanges on the four circumferences of the liner plate are all attached to the inside of the curve so that the liner plate can be assembled by bolting from the inside of the shaft. FIG. 8 shows the order of assembling the liner plate up to the second stage. The next one is attached beside the one that was attached first, and this is made to go around once to complete one stage.

An example of a method for blocking a circular shaft is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 9-106413. This is shown in FIG. The steel pipe S is inserted into the shaft excavated by the circular casing C, and the hardening material H is injected while the circular casing C is pulled out by the excavator M to construct the shaft. When a liner plate is used for the steel pipe S, since it is naturally assembled on the ground, it is necessary for an operator to enter the inside of the liner plate with a ladder or the like. In addition, when the shaft is deep, it is necessary to assemble a scaffold or the like in the shaft and tighten bolts from the inside because the hanging is performed in several times due to the limitation of the lifting height of the crane.
This is a problem both in terms of work efficiency and safety.
You want to work within the reach of the worker, assembled from the outside of the liner plate and without using a scaffold.

In order to assemble the liner plate, four round flanges of the curved iron plate are arranged outward so that the bolt and nut can be tightened from the outside without entering the liner plate. Assemble the height up to 2 meters and work within reach of the person without using a scaffold. Place the assembled part on a vertical shaft with a simple jig. Combine and extend the length.

FIG. 3 shows an example of a method using this liner plate. The assembled liner plate 12 is inserted into the shaft 11 that has been excavated using the circular casing 13 with the shaft excavator 14, and the jig 15 provided on the edge of the circular casing 13 is used to remove the assembled liner plate 12 from the top of the assembled liner plate 12.
Support the upper side horizontal flange of the liner plate at the step to stop the liner plate from falling. The liner plate 22 assembled to an appropriate length at another place on the ground is lifted by the crane 16, mounted on the top of the liner plate 12, and connected by bolts and nuts. When the connection is completed, the entire liner plate is slightly lifted, the jig 15 is removed, and the liner plate 12 is lowered together with the liner plate 22. This is repeated until the liner plate reaches the bottom of the shaft to complete the earth retaining material.

[0008] While the above description has shown a method of connecting liner plates assembled to an appropriate length on the ground on a shaft, liner plates can also be assembled one by one directly on a shaft. Also in this case, the worker can work from outside the liner plate within a reach without using a special scaffold.

When the liner plate is assembled on the ground, the work can be performed from the outside, so that it is safe and efficient. 2. No scaffolds or ladders are required for assembly and connection work, and the work can be performed at a height that can be reached by workers. 3. When assembling in a place other than above the shaft, construction work can be performed at several places at the same time, thus shortening the construction time. 4. Since the structure is almost the same as that of the conventional inner tightening type liner plate, the reliability of the conventional liner plate is obtained, and the same strength calculation formula can be applied as it is.
