Claims (2)
- 엔진의 회전력을 필요한 속도로 변속시켜 차동기어장치(20)의 링기어(22)로 전달하는 수동 변속기에 있어서,변속기 하우징(30)내에 엔진의 회전력을 전달받되는 입력축(32), 상부 출력축(34) 및 하부 출력축(36)이 나란하게 배치되고;입력축(32)에 선단에서 후단으로 1단 구동기어(41), 2단 구동기어(42), 5단 구동기어(45), 3단 구동기어(43), 4단 구동기어(44) 및 6단 구동기어(46)를 각기 순차적으로 고정 설치하고;상기 하부출력축(36)에는, 1단 구동기어(41)와 이맞물림된 1단 피동기어(51)와, 2단 구동기어(42)에 이맞물림된 2단 피동기어(52)와, 5단 구동기어(45)에 이맞물림된 5단 피동기어(55)와, 6단 구동기어(46)에 이맞물림된 6단 피동기어(56)가 회전 자유롭게 설치됨과 동시에, 1단 피동기어(51)와 2단 피동기어(52) 그리고 5단 피동기어(55)와 6단 피동기어(56)와의 사이에 상부 출력축(34) 둘레로 각기 1-2단 싱크로메시기구(100)와 5-6단 싱크로메시기구(120)가 설치되고,상기 상부출력축(34)에는, 1단 피동기어(43)에 이맞물림된 후진기어(61)와, 3단 구동기어(43)에 이맞물림된 3단 피동기어(53)와, 4단 구동기어(44)에 이맞물림된 4단 피동기어(54)가 각기 회전 자유롭게 설치됨과 동시에, 3단 피동기어(53)와 4단 피동기어(54)의 사이 그리고 후진기어(61)의 일측에 상부 출력축(34) 둘레로 3-4단 싱크로메시기구(110) 및 7-R단 싱크로메시기구(130)가 설치되고;상기 링기어(22)는 상기 상부 출력축(34)과 하부 출력축(36)의 선단부에 각기 설치된 상부 종감속기어(35)와 하부 종감속기어(37)에 동시에 이맞물림되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전륜 구동형 전진 6·7단 선택형 수동 변속기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 상부 출력축(34)에는 5단 구동기어(42)에 이맞물림된 7단 피동기어(57)가 회전 자유롭게 설치됨과 동시에, 상기 7단 피동기어(57)는 7-R단 싱크로메시기구(130)의 7단 조작에 의해 상부 출력축(34)으로 회전력을 전달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전륜 구동형 전진 6·7단 선택형 수동 변속기.
