Claims (3)
- 질량%로, C: 0.2~O.7%, Si: 0.01~1.O%, Mn: 0.1~1.O%, P: 0.03%이하, S: 0.035%이하, Al: O.08%이하, N: 0.01%이하를 함유하고, 잔부(殘部)가 철 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지며, 강판 에지(edge)부분의 페라이트 평균입경이 35㎛미만, 상기 강판 에지부분보다 중앙부분의 페라이트 평균입경이 20㎛미만, 탄화물 평균입경이 0.10㎛이상 2.0㎛미만인 조직을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고탄소 열연강판.단, 강판 에지부분이란, 열간압연(熱間壓延)시의 강판 폭방향 양 사이드(side)로부터 25~75mm 사이로 한다.
- 제1항에 있어서,질량%로, Mo: 0.005~0.5%, Ti: 0.005~0.05%, Nb: 0.005~0.1%의 1종 또는 2종이상을 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고탄소 열연강판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 조성을 갖는 강(鋼)을, 조압연(粗壓延)한 후, (Ar3+40℃)초과의 마무리온도로 마무리압연을 행하고, 이어서, 마무리압연 후 2초 이내에 120℃/초 초과의 냉각속도로 550℃초과 650℃미만의 냉각종료온도까지 냉각하고, 이어서, 550℃이하의 온도에서 권취하여, 산세(酸洗) 후, 상형소둔법(箱型燒鈍法)에 의해, 670℃이상 Ac1변태점 이하의 온도에서 구상화(球狀化) 소둔하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고탄소 열연강판의 제조방법.
