Claims (2)
- 자동차 부품을 제작하기 위해 금형을 필요로 하는 통상적인 3가지 공정(벤딩, 프리포밍, 하이드로포밍)중 하이드로포밍 공법만을 적용하게 되는 하이드로포밍 공법을 이용한 토션빔(5)을 제작하기 위하여,상기, 토션빔을 튜블러 타입의 토션빔으로 제작하고, 상기 토션빔 제품의 중앙부(5bb)는 토션빔의 비틀림 강성을 가지기 위해 뒷끝단의 귀 형상이 안쪽으로 성형이 되는 형상을 가지도록 하며, 또한 토션빔 제품의 양끝단부(5aa)는 트레일링 암과의 접합을 위해 대략 사각 튜브형과 같은 제품 형상으로 성형하며, 이를 위하여 하이드로포밍 상형 금형(12)을 하강시켜 1차 성형을 하고, 2차로 하이드로포밍 프레스 내부에 장착된 수압 발생 장치에 의해 발생되는 고압(압력 범위 : 1800 ~ 2300 bar)에 의해 관소재(11)가 하이드로포밍 금형의 상형(12), 하형(13)에 밀착되어 최종 형상의 토션빔 제품이 제작되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 하이드로포밍을 이용한 토션빔의 제작방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 토션빔 제작 공정에서 관소재의 끝단에서 고압의 유지와 관의 확관을 위한 피딩역할을 하는 액슬 펀치(14)를 작동거리 5 ~ 10mm로 장착하여 하이드로포밍 상형 금형(12)이 하강하면서 제 1 차 성형할 때에는 액슬펀치의 작동거리가 시간에 비례하여 커지도록 하고, 제 2 차 성형에서는 피딩 작동거리 는 더이상 늘어나지 않으나 하이드로포밍 프레스 내부에 장착된 수압발생장치에 의해 발생된 고압으로 관소재(11)가 하이드로포밍 금형의 상형(12)과 하형(13)에 밀착되어 성형되므로써 최종적으로 토션빔이 최종제품형상(5)으로 성형 제작되도록 한 하이드로포밍을 이용한 토션빔의 제작방법.
