Claims (2)
- 전열관(71)의 일측에 용접한 용접부(200)로 밀폐한 원통(100)을 가지는 헬륨 누설 검사 장치에 있어서,일정 공기를 주입하는 공기 주입구(13)와;상기 헬륨을 주입하는 헬륨 주입구(14)와;상기 공기와 헬륨이 배관의 중심부로 분할된 분할판 거쳐 하단으로 흘러내리는 연결배관(30)과;상기 연결배관의 외측에는 공기와 헬륨의 누설을 막기 위해 상하단에 각각 고무가스켓(60)을 부착하고 누름쇠(50)를 형성하여 회전 방식으로 연결배관을 조이고 푸는 것이 가능한 손잡이(40)와;상기 하단의 고무가스켓 아래에서 연결배관을 조여서 핀(83)으로 고정하기 위한 워셔(81)와 너트(82);상기 연결배관으로부터 내려온 일정 헬륨과 공기는 상단으로 흘러 배출시키는 공기 및 헬륨 배기구(12);상기 연결배관으로부터 흘러나온 헬륨을 원통 내부에서 소통이 원활하게 분배하는 분배관(80)과;상기 분배관을 통하여 나온 헬륨을 원통의 일정한 곳에 위치한 헬륨 배출구(300)로부터 나온 배출된 헬륨을 검출하여 검사하는 헬륨 누설 검사 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 원통과 고무가스켓을 다수 개 설치하여 헬륨 누설 검사를 빠르게 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 헬륨 누설 검사 장치.
