Claims (7)
- 내부에 통공이 형성되어 있으며 일측단에 플런저 가이드가 형성되어 있는 파이프와,상기한 파이프의 플런저 가이드의 내부에 설치되어 상하운동을 하는 플런저와,상기한 파이프의 내부에 설치되며 중앙에 유로 통공이 형성되어 있는 실리콘과,상기한 파이프의 입구측에 설치되어 상기한 실리콘을 잡아주기 위한 클램핑 조인트와,상기한 파이프의 출구측에 설치되어 상기한 실리콘이 밀리는 것을 막아주기 위한 스톱핑 조인트를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 저소음 기능을 구비한 유량조절 밸브장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기한 플런저 가이드의 상부에는 상기한 플런저 가이드와 서로 결합 및 분리될 수 있도록 설치되는 가이드캡을 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 저소음 기능을 구비한 유량조절 밸브장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기한 플런저는 하부의 헤드와 상부의 로드로 이루어지며, 상기한 헤드의 상단에는 홈이 형성되고, 상기한 로드의 하단에는 플랜지부가 형성되어 헤드와 로드가 서로 분리 결합됨으로써 로드의 길이방향의 운동은 헤드에 전달되지만 로드의 회전력은 헤드에 전달되지 않는 구조로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 저소음 기능을 구비한 유량조절 밸브장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기한 헤드는, 원통형 모양을 갖는 실리콘의 횡단면의 원형의 지름과 거의 동일한 폭을 가지면서 실리콘의 길이방향과 수직으로 설치되어 있으며, 상기한 실리콘의 원형 단면의 중심을 향하여 골고루 눌러줄 수 있도록 하부가 반원형태로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 저소음 기능을 구비한 유량조절 밸브장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기한 파이프의 가이드캡이 설치되는 부위와 대응되는 하부의 내측에는 플런저와 대응하여 실리콘을 눌러주기 위한 받침부가 돌출 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저소음 기능을 구비한 유량조절 밸브장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기한 실리콘은 중앙에 형성되어 있는 유로 통공의 양끝단에는 유로 통공의 반경보다 큰 반경을 갖는 입구부 및 출구부가 형성되는 구조로 이루어지는 것을 특 징으로 하는 저소음 기능을 구비한 유량조절 밸브장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기한 클램핑 조인트는 상기한 실리콘을 눌러줄 수 있도록 단차부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저소음 기능을 구비한 유량조절 밸브장치.
