Claims (5)
- 所定の最大流れを超えたときに自動的に下流の導管を遮断するためにガス流れ監視装置において、
軸方向に移動可能な閉鎖本体(12)用の弁座(5)をその内部に有する気密のハウジング(1)と、
閉鎖本体(12)を案内するピン(11)と、
ハウジング(1)内で流通方向の出口側に配置され、複数本のウエブ(7)で形成されたガス流れ用の貫通開口部および中央においてピン(11)が軸方向に移動可能なように案内される軸方向に調整可能なスリーブ(10)を有するガイド部(6)と、
一方の側でスリーブ(10)に且つ他方の側で閉鎖本体(12)に支持され、バネ弾力によって流れ方向に逆らって開放位置で保持される閉鎖バネ(15)と
を備えるガス流れ監視装置であって、
ピン(11)は、スペーサ(16)を経由してその出口側端に設置された止め具(17)によってガイド部(6)で支持され、且つスペーサ(16)に固着されたスリーブ(10)がガイド部(6)の貫通孔(9)にねじ込まれることにより、スペーサ(16)を回すとスリーブ(10)が止め具(17)とともに軸方向に移動可能であることを特徴とするガス流れ監視装置。 - スペーサ(16)が、キャップによってその前端側が密閉される筒状の延長部(20)を有し、さらにピン(11)が、延長部(20)とキャップ(21)で囲まれた空間(23)の中に突入し、その際にピン(11)の止め具(17)が延長部(20)の内壁部において軸方向に移動可能なように案内されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス流れ監視装置。
- ハウジング(1)およびガイド部(6)が単一部材で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のガス流れ監視装置。
- スリーブ(10)が、一方の側でスペーサ(16)に固着され且つ他方の側でガイド部(6)にねじ込まれることを特徴とする請求項1、2または3に記載のガス流れ監視装置。
- 止め具(17)がフランジで形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のガス流れ監視装置。
