Description
Claims (7)
- 内部に通孔が形成され、側面上にプランジャガイドが形成されたパイプと、
前記パイプのプランジャガイド内に設けられ、該プランジャガイドに沿って上下運動するプランジャと、
前記パイプの内面上に設けられ、中央に流路が形成されたシリコーン壁と、
前記パイプの入口に設けられ、前記シリコーン壁を前記パイプに固定するクランプジョイントと、
前記パイプの出口に設けられ、前記シリコーン壁が前記パイプから押し出されることを防止するストップジョイントと
を備える低騷音流量調節弁装置。 - 前記プランジャガイド上に、該プランジャガイドに対して結合及び分離可能に設けられたガイドキャップをさらに備える請求項1に記載の低騷音流量調節弁装置。
- 前記プランジャは、下側のヘッドと上側のロッドとからなり、前記ロッドの回転力が前記ヘッドに伝達されることなく前記ロッドの長さ方向の動きが前記ヘッドに伝達されるようにして前記ヘッドと前記ロッドとが互いに分離及び結合されるように、前記ヘッドの上端には溝が形成され前記ロッドの下面にはフランジ部が形成された請求項1または2に記載の低騷音流量調節弁装置。
- 前記ヘッドは、円筒状の前記シリコーン壁の円形横断面の直径と略等しい幅を有し、前記シリコーン壁の長さ方向と垂直な方向に設けられ、前記シリコーン壁を該シリコーン壁の円形横断面の中心に向かって均一に押圧する半円形状の下部を有する請求項3に記載の低騷音流量調節弁装置。
- 前記パイプは、前記ガイドキャップが設けられる部位と反対側に位置する下側内面から突出する支持部を有し、該支持部は前記プランジャの動きに対応して前記シリコーン壁を押圧する請求項1または2に記載の低騷音流量調節弁装置。
- 前記シリコーン壁は、その中央に形成された流路の両端に入口及び出口を有し、該入口及び出口の各々は前記流路の半径よりも大きい半径を有する請求項1または2に記載の低騷音流量調節弁装置。
- 前記クランプジョイントは前記シリコーン壁を押圧する段差部を有する請求項1または2に記載の低騷音流量調節弁装置。
