- 제1항 내지 제36항 중 어느 한 항의 폴리펩티드에 선택적으로 결합하는 항체.
- 제1항 내지 제36항 중 어느 한 항의 폴리펩티드, 제37항의 핵산, 제38항의 발현 작제물 또는 제40항의 항체를 포함하는 약제학적 조성물.
- 제41항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 첨가제를 포함하는 약제학적 조성물.

- 제45항에 있어서, 상기 질환, 질병 또는 병태가 급성 또는 만성 염증 질환, 천식, 알레르기, 다발경화증, GVHD, 기타 자가면역 질환 또는 감염 질환으로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 박테리아 또는 바이러스 감염인, 제47항에 따른 감염 질환.

- (a) 후보 화합물을 제1항 내지 제36항 중 어느 한 항의 폴리펩티드와 접촉시키는 단계; 및(b) 후보 화합물과 상기 폴리펩티드와의 복합체 형성을 검정하는 단계를 포함하는, 제1항 내지 제36항 중 어느 한 항의 폴리펩티드에 결합하는 화합물을 동정하는 방법.
- 제56항에 있어서, 복합체 형성에 대한 검정법이 경쟁 결합 검정법 또는 이중-하이브리드 검정법인 방법.
- (a) 제1항 내지 제36항 중 어느 한 항의 폴리펩티드를, 후보 화합물이 상기 폴리펩티드에 상호작용할 수 있기에 적합한 조건 하에 후보 화합물과 접촉시키는 단계; 및(b) 상기 폴리펩티드의 활성을 검정하는 단계를 포함하는, 제1항 내지 제36항 중 어느 한 항의 폴리펩티드의 활성을 조절하는 화합물을 스크리닝하는 방법.
- 제58항에 있어서, 상기 폴리펩티드의 활성을 검정하는 단계가 표지된 기질을 첨가하고 표지된 기질 내 변화를 측정하는 것을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 폴리펩티드가 인간 Cpn10 폴리펩티드이고, 서열 번호 1 또는 21에 기재된 아미노산 서열을 포함하는, 제1항 내지 제59항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 상응하는 야생형 Cpn10 폴리펩티드.
- 제60항에 있어서, 상기 폴리펩티드가 서열 번호 2 또는 22에 기재된 뉴클레오티드 서열에 의해 코딩되는 것인 상응하는 야생형 Cpn10 폴리펩티드.
