Claims (10)
- 적어도 치형 프로파일의 영역 내의 살 두께가 상기 치형 프로파일의 선단 직경과 상기 치형 프로파일의 베이스 직경 사이의 차이보다 작으며, 허브(1)와 축(2) 양쪽의 상기 치형 프로파일의 단면(3)이 실질적으로 사다리꼴인 형 맞춤형 허브-축 결합을 위한 그루브 프로파일에 있어서,상기 허브(1)와 축(2)의 프로파일의 측면(4, 7; 5, 8)들 중 각각 대향하는 측면들 중의 어느 하나의 단면이 곡선 또는 아크형인 것을 특징으로 하는 그루브 프로파일.
- 제1항에 있어서,두 개의 측면(4, 6; 5, 7)들 양쪽의 단면의 만곡이 동일한 방향의 곡선 또는 아크형인 것을 특징으로 하는 그루브 프로파일.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 허브(1)의 내부 측면(4, 5)의 만곡은 오목하고 상기 축(2)의 외부 측면(7, 8)의 만곡은 볼록한 것을 특징으로 하는 그루브 프로파일.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,단면 상의 만곡은 아치형이고 상기 만곡은 바람직하게는 각각의 프로파일 높 이(H)의 적어도 50% 내지 75%에 걸쳐서 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 그루브 프로파일.
- 제4항에 있어서,대향하는 측면의 상기 만곡의 아치형의 중심은 동일한 지점에 위치하거나 또는 반경 방향으로 떨어져서 위치하고 있거나 또는 공간 상에서 서로 간에 임의로 오프셋 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 그루브 프로파일.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 축(2)과 허브(1)의 대향하는 측면들 사이에는 일정한 간극이 존재하거나 또는 상기 측면을 따라 변화하는 간극, 바람직하게는 최소 0.02㎜ 내지 최대 0.1㎜ 사이에서 변화하는 간극이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 그루브 프로파일.
- 내부 파이프(2) 및 외부 파이프(1)를 구비하는 연결축용 텔레스코픽 파이프에 있어서, 상기 내부 파이프(2) 또는 외부 파이프(1)는 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 그루브 프로파일(3)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 텔레스코픽 파이프.
- 제7항에 있어서,내부 파이프(2) 및 외부 파이프(1)는 대략적으로 일정한 살 두께를 가지는 중공체로 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 텔레스코픽 파이프.
- 냉간 가공 방식에 의해 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 그루브 프로파일(3)을 생성하는 방법에 있어서,상기 그루브 프로파일(3)에 따르는 프로파일 단면 형상을 구비하는 하나 이상의 프로파일 롤 또는 프로파일 롤러가 상기 허브(1) 또는 축(2)의 표면과 계합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 그루브 프로파일 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 프로파일 롤 또는 프로파일 롤러는 주기적으로 충격 계합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 그루브 프로파일 제조 방법.
