Claims (9)
- 서열번호 2 또는 이와 90% 이상의 유사성을 가지는 아미노산 서열을 가지며 단백질의 만노스 인산 부가 활성을 가지는 폴리펩티드.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 서열번호 2의 아미노산 서열을 가지는 폴리펩티드는 야로위아 리폴리티카로부터 유래한 것인 폴리펩티드.
- 제 1항의 폴리펩티드를 코딩하는 핵산 분자.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 서열번호 1 또는 이와 90% 이상의 상동성을 가지는 핵산 분자.
- 서열번호 1로 표시되는 야로이와 리폴리티카의 YlMOP1 유전자가 파쇄되어 만노스 인산의 부가가 감소된 당단백질을 생산하는 야로위아 리폴리티카 변이주.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 기탁번호 제 KCTC 11102BP 호 변이주.
- 제 5항에 있어서, YlOCH1 유전자가 추가 파쇄되어 효모 특이적 당사슬 생합성이 제거된 변이주.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 기탁번호 제 KCTC 11026BP 변이주.
- 제 5항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 변이주에 외래 단백질을 코딩하는 핵산 분자를 도입하여 발현시킴으로써 효모 특이적인 만노스 인산의 부가가 감소된 당단백질을 생산하는 방법.
