- 제 1 받침부; 및돌기부를 구비하는 제 2 받침부를 포함하는 배터리팩의 받침발.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 돌기부는 1 또는 다수개 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리팩의 받침발.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 받침부는 1 또는 다수개의 타공망이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리팩의 받침발.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 받침부는 고무 재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리팩의 받침발.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 받침부는 플라스틱 재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리팩의 받침발.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 받침부의 상부에 양면접착테이프를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리팩의 받침발.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 돌기부는 원기둥, 사각기둥 및 삼각기둥 중 어느 하나의 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리팩의 받침발.
- 베어셀;상기 베어셀과 결합하는 케이스; 및상기 케이스와 결합하는 받침발을 포함하고,상기 받침발은 제 1 받침부 및 돌기부를 구비하는 제 2 받침부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 돌기부는 1 또는 다수개 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 받침부는 1 또는 다수개의 타공망이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 받침부는 고무 재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 받침부는 플라스틱 재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 받침부의 상부에 양면접착테이프를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 돌기부는 원기둥, 사각기둥 및 삼각기둥 중 어느 하나의 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 케이스는 상기 돌기부가 삽입되는 관통홀을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 케이스는 상기 관통홀의 외주면을 따라 홈을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 베어셀은 리튬이온 전지, 니켈-수소 전지 및 니켈-카드늄 전지 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 관통홀을 구비하는 케이스를 제공하고,제 1 받침부 및 돌기부를 구비하는 제 2 받침부를 포함하는 받침발을 제공하고,상기 관통홀에 상기 돌기부를 삽입하고,상기 돌기부를 열용착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩의 제조방법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,상기 케이스는 상기 관통홀의 외주면을 따라 홈을 더 구비하고,상기 돌기부는 상기 홈의 내부에 열용착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩의 제조방법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 받침부 및 상기 제 2 받침부는 이중사출에 의하여 일체화되는 것 을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩의 제조방법.
- 제 20 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 받침부는 타공망을 더 구비하고, 상기 제 1 받침부는 상기 타공망의 내측을 통하여 상기 제 2 받침부와 일체화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩의 제조방법.
