Claims (11)
- 베어셀과; 상기 베어셀의 일측 변면에 설치되는 보호회로모듈과; 상기 베어셀에 구비되는 제1,2 전극단자와; 상기 보호회로모듈과 상기 제1 전극단자 및 상기 제2 전극단자를 각각 전기적으로 연결하기 위한 제1,2 리드 플레이트를 구비하는 이차전지에 있어서,상기 제1,2 리드 플레이트는 상기 베어셀의 측면중 동일한 일측 변면에 설치하여 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보호회로모듈은 상기 베어셀의 일측 장변면에 설치되고, 상기 제1 전극 단자는 상기 베어셀의 일측 장변과 이웃하는 일측 단변면에 형성되어 상기 제1,2 리드 플레이트가 상기 일측 단변면에서 상기 제1 전극 단자 및 상기 제2 전극 단자와 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제1 전극 단자는 상기 베어셀의 단변측 면에서 외부로 돌출형성되고, 상기 제2 전극 단자는 상기 베어셀의 단변측 면으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제1,2 리드 플레이트는 서로 이격되게 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제1 리드 플레이트는 외주면이 절연체로 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 베어셀의 단변면 중에서 상기 제1,2 리드 플레이트가 설치된 단변측 면에 외부 커버가 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보호회로모듈은 상기 베어셀의 일측 단변면에 설치되고, 상기 제1 전극 단자도 상기 보호회로모듈이 설치되는 상기 베어셀의 일측 단변면에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 제1 전극 단자는 상기 베어셀의 단변측 면에서 외부로 돌출형성되고, 상기 제2 전극 단자는 상기 베어셀의 단변측 면에 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 제1,2 리드 플레이트는 상기 베어셀의 일측 단변면에서 서로 이격되게 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 제1 리드 플레이트는 외주면이 절연체로 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 보호회로모듈은 사출성형된 수지몰드케이스에 의하여 상기 베어셀의 단변측 면에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
