Claims (4)
- 다수의 기성 추진관을 지반에 압입하는 터널 공법에 있어서,선도관(10)의 후미와 후속관(20)의 선단 사이에 내측쿠션재(52) 및 외측쿠션재(51)를 동심(同心)으로 설치하되 내측쿠션재(52)에는 절개부(53)를 형성하여 주입밸브(80)를 설치하고;이 주입밸브(80)를 통하여 차수제(35)를 가압 주입하여 내측쿠션재(52)와 외측쿠션재(51) 사이의 공간에 충전함을 특징으로 하는 다중 쿠션재를 이용한 터널구조물 접속부 차수공법.
- 제1항에 있어서 선도관(10)의 후미와 후속관(20)의 선단 내주면에는 각각 줄눈홈(31)이 형성되고 선도관(10)과 후속관(20)의 접속부 내측에는 유체압의 인가 및 해제에 따라 팽창 및 수축하는 환형팩커(環形packer)(70)가 투입되되;이 환형팩커(70)는 환상(環狀)의 프레임(72) 외주면에 가요성(可撓性) 환형튜브(71)가 결합되고 이들 프레임(72) 및 환형튜브(71)를 관통하는 통관부(74)가 형성되어 구성되며;환형팩커(70)가 팽창함에 따라 접속부의 줄눈홈(31) 및 그 주변에 환형팩커(70)의 외주면이 밀착되고;통관부(74)를 통하여 플러그(plug)재를 주입하여 줄눈홈(31) 내부를 충전함 을 특징으로 하는 다중 쿠션재를 이용한 터널구조물 접속부 차수공법.
- 제1항에 있어서 선도관(10)의 후미 및 후속관(20)의 선단에 각각 그 외경이 축소된 후미결합부(11) 및 선단결합부(21)가 형성되고 이들 후미결합부(11)와 선단결합부(21)를 밀착 포위하는 강제(鋼製) 매입칼라(40)가 설치되며 후속관(20)의 선단결합부(21)와 매입칼라(40) 사이에는 고무링(60)이 설치되되,후속관(20)의 선단결합부(21)에는 결합요홈(22)이 형성되고 이 결합요홈(22)에 고무링(60)이 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 다중 쿠션재를 이용한 터널구조물 접속부 차수공법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 환형팩커(70)의 프레임(72)은 한쌍의 호형프레임(75)으로 구성되되,이들 호형프레임(75)의 일단은 회동축(76)에 의하여 회동가능하도록 연결되고;타단은 암나사와 수나사가 결합되어 그 연장이 조절되는 신축봉(77)으로 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 다중 쿠션재를 이용한 터널구조물 접속부 차수공법.
