Claims (8)
- (A) 실리카를 주성분으로 하는 입자,(B) 분자 내에 1개 이상의 (메트)아크릴로일기를 갖는 화합물,(C) 수용성이며, 중합성 불포화기를 갖지 않는, 겔 투과 크로마토그래피로 측정한 폴리스티렌 환산의 중량 평균 분자량이 200 내지 20,000인 화합물,(D) 광 중합 개시제를 함유하는 광 경화성 조성물을 기재에 도포하여 도막을 형성하는 공정, 상기 도막에 광 조사하는 공정 및 상기 광 조사한 도막을 물에 침지하는 공정을 포함하는 경화막의 제조 방법.
- (A) 실리카를 주성분으로 하는 입자,(B) 분자 내에 1개 이상의 (메트)아크릴로일기를 갖는 화합물,(C) 수용성이며, 중합성 불포화기를 갖지 않는, 겔 투과 크로마토그래피로 측정한 폴리스티렌 환산의 중량 평균 분자량이 200 내지 20,000인 화합물,(D) 광 중합 개시제를 함유하는 저굴절률층 형성용 광 경화성 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 (A) 실리카를 주성분으로 하는 입자가 중공 입자인 저굴절률층 형성용 광 경화성 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 (C)의 화합물의 배합량이 상기 (A) 내지 (D) 성분의 합계량을 100 중량%로 했을 때, 5 내지 50 중량%인 저굴절률층 형성용 광 경화성 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 (B) 분자 내에 1개 이상의 (메트)아크릴로일기를 갖는 화합물이 분자 내에 2개 이상의 (메트)아크릴로일기를 갖는 화합물인 저굴절률층 형성용 광 경화성 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 추가로 (E) 유기 용제를 함유하는 저굴절률층 형성용 광 경화성 조성물.
- 제1항에 기재된 제조 방법에 의해 얻어지는 경화막.
- 제7항에 기재된 경화막을 포함하는 저굴절률층을 포함하는 반사 방지막.
