Claims (12)
- 피복을 위한 재료를 레이저 조사 장치로부터의 레이저의 조사에 의해 용융시키고, 그 용융된 재료를 주철 재료의 일부 표면에 용착시켜 피복층 (클래드층) 을 형성하는 공정을 포함하는 주철 부재의 제조 방법으로서,상기 피복을 위한 재료로서 구리 원소를 주재로 한 재료를 사용하고, 상기 피복층이 형성되었을 때에, 0.01 ∼ 2.0㎜ 두께의 담금질층이 상기 주철 재료의 상기 표면에 형성되도록 하여, 상기 피복층을 형성하는 공정을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주철 부재의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 피복을 위한 재료로서, 산소 함유량이 200ppm 이하인 재료를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주철 부재의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 레이저의 조사 강도를 200W/㎟ 이상으로 조정하여, 상기 피복층을 형성하는 공정을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주철 부재의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 피복층을 형성하는 공정은,상기 주철 재료의 표면에, 0.1 ∼ 1.0㎜ 의 두께 범위가 되도록 제 1 피복층을 형성하는 공정과,그 제 1 피복층의 표면에, 상기 제 1 피복층의 두께의 1.0 배 ∼ 19 배의 두께 범위가 되도록 제 2 피복층을 형성하는 공정을 적어도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주철 부재의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 피복층을 형성하는 공정을, 상기 제 2 피복층이 상기 제 1 피복층의 표면으로부터 벗어나지 않도록 하여 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주철 부재의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 피복층을 형성하는 공정의 전처리 공정으로서, 상기 주철 재료의 표면층에 함유되는 흑연 및 그 흑연 중의 유분을 제거할 수 있는 강도 이상, 또한, 상기 주철 재료의 표면이 용융되는 강도보다 작은 강도가 되도록, 조사 강도를 조정한 레이저를 상기 주철 재료의 표면에 조사하는 공정을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주철 부재의 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 주철 재료의 표면에 조사되는 레이저의 입사 에너지가, 10 ∼ 20J/㎟ 의 범위가 되도록 상기 레이저의 조사 강도를 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주철 부재의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 레이저 조사 장치와 상기 주철 재료의 어느 일방 또는 쌍방을, 상대적으로 150㎜/min ∼ 600㎜/min 의 속도 범위가 되도록 이동시키면서, 상기 피복층을 형성하는 공정을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주철 부재의 제조 방법.
- 상기 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 제조 방법에 의해 피복층이 형성된 주철 부재.
- 주철 재료의 일부 표면에 피복층을 형성한 주철 부재로서,상기 피복층은 구리 원소를 주재로 하고 있고, 상기 주철 재료의 상기 표면에는 0.01 ∼ 2.0㎜ 두께의 담금질층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 주철 부재.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 피복층은, 상기 주철 재료의 표면에, 0.1 ∼ 1.0㎜ 의 두께 범위의 제 1 피복층과,그 제 1 피복층의 표면에, 상기 제 1 피복층의 두께의 1.0 배 ∼ 19 배의 두 께 범위의 제 2 피복층을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 주철 부재.
- 상기 제 9 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 주철 부재를 구비한 차량용 엔진으로서, 상기 주철 부재는, 차량용 엔진을 구성하는 실린더 헤드이고, 상기 피복층은, 상기 실린더 헤드를 구성하는 밸브 시트인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 엔진.
